Our cosy 3-room holiday flat, approx. 66 m², is located on the second floor and was renovated in 2019.
The living-dining room has a large dining table and a large sofa which can also be converted into a sofa bed, a large flat screen TV, as well as a Playstation 2 with SingStar and a DVD recorder (for rainy days) and on the adjacent sunny balcony you can end the day in the evening sun.
The flat offers you a bedroom with a double bed and a 32 inch Smart TV as well as another bedroom with a day bed (80x200), which can be doubled for another person (160x200), and a bunk bed each (90x175).
The fully equipped kitchen has a 2-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a PAD coffee machine, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub
In a pleasant atmosphere, you can unwind or prefer to take it sporty.
For skis/ski boots, snowboards and bicycles you can use our extra ski and wardrobe room in the cellar
The flat comes with a free parking space directly at the house. W-Lan is also available free of charge in the entire accommodation. A coin-operated washing machine (€ 2) and a drying room are located in the house. Table tennis table in the basement.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flats, in Jermerstein 5, are in a quiet location, directly by the forest with its great hiking trails and yet only a few minutes to the centre of Braunlage or to the ski lift.
The walk to the town centre is only 5 minutes
The ice stadium and the ski lift are only approx. 550 m away on foot and only a short 200 m to the hiking trail "to the Jermerstein cliffs"
the ski lift at the town hall is approx. 400 m away, ideal for tobogganers as well as ski beginners or those who might want to learn, ski school and rental directly on the track
Braunlage offers a variety of attractions especially for active holidaymakers. In addition to the many hiking trails, the Wurmberg attracts visitors in summer with a special downhill run for mountain bikes and so-called monster scooters. In winter, you can ski on different slopes or whizz down into the valley on the toboggan run. There is a year-round gondola up to the top of the Wurmberg, as well as several ski lifts, including a new four-person lift that goes directly to the Wurmberg, and a new ski slope has also been created from there. For cross-country skiers there are many trails
In the village there is an ice skating rink, which also operates all year round, a mini-golf course and a tennis facility with five outdoor courts, beautifully situated in the forest. An indoor tennis court (two courts) is open all year round. There is also a horse riding facility. Summer tobogganing is offered in Sankt Andreasberg (11 km), as well as a forest swimming pool in Hohegeiß (11 km). An indoor swimming pool in Braunlage is available for free use.
The Kurgastzentrum offers a varied cultural programme
In the immediate vicinity of Braunlage there are wonderful excursion destinations, the old imperial palace of Goslar or the half-timbered towns of Wernigerode and Blankenburg. Scenic highlights are the Brocken (reachable by the Harzer Querbahn), the moor and peat landscape near Torfhaus and the Okertalsperre.

Top holiday flat
The flat is super equipped and very well maintained/ clean. The location is top. You can quickly walk to the centre of Braunlage and just as quickly to the forest and the hiking routes there. We would love to come back!

Beautiful flat
We had a lovely week's holiday! The flats are very beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The good soul of the house was always there when we had questions and super nice to the little one ;-) . Thank you for that.
We had a very nice week despite the bad weather.
And we will definitely come back again!

Great holiday flat
Small but fine holiday flat. Very lovingly furnished. You feel at home right away and have everything you need for daily life including activities for our son :)
The centre of the village is only a few minutes walk away.
We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the flat!
