The holiday flats, in Jermerstein 5, are in a quiet location, directly by the forest with its great hiking trails and yet only a few minutes to the centre of Braunlage or to the ski lift.
The walk to the town centre is only 5 minutes.
The ice stadium and the ski lift to the Wurmberg are only approx. 550 m away on foot and to the hiking trail "to the Jermerstein cliffs" only a short 200 m.
about 400 m away is the ski lift at the town hall, ideal for tobogganers as well as ski beginners or those who might want to learn, ski school and rental directly at the track. The Harz mountains - charming mountain ranges, valleys, forests, high moors, lakes and dams - in the middle of Germany. The idyllically situated holiday flat in Braunlage at the foot of the Wurmberg, the second highest mountain in the Harz at 971 metres, is the ideal starting point for all activities, but also for winter sports enthusiasts. The Harz mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling; wonderful hiking trails pass directly by the hotel; mountain bikes are available for you. Tennis is also possible nearby. In winter, there are various sports possibilities, from alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and ice skating to curling.

Zwecks dem Service möchte ich gern noch etwas schreiben, sie haben sich zu 17 Uhr bei unser Haushälterin in Braunlage am Haus angemeldet und sind schlussendlich erst 19Uhr in Braunlage erschienen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn Sie unsere Haushälterin über ihre Verspätung telefonisch informiert hätten, dann wäre das Problem nicht aufgekommen. Trotz alledem vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.

Super flat!
The flat was super clean and well maintained. The flat is a bit small, but perfectly adequate, you have everything you need
The communication with the owner as well as with the lady on site was very pleasant, also on arrival everything was very pleasant and relaxed.
There is a wonderful view from the balcony and it is very quiet as there is little to no traffic on the road.
There is one small drawback, but unfortunately there is. The wifi. The first few days it worked perfectly, then with disruptions, and from the 4th day onwards it didn't work at all. When asked, I was only told that this was already known, but no one changed anything. It's a pity that you pay for wifi and then don't have it.
But that doesn't change the fact that the flat is beautiful, modern and very well maintained!
I can recommend the flat to everyone.

Eine schöne Wohnung
Great value for money, everything was clean and the living area newly renovated, great location close to the Wurmberg cable car, top communication with the landlord, everything worked out well even though I was initially a little worried about the high deposit. Although the snow was gone in the village, we were able to experience good snow on the Wurmberg and Brocken. Thank you very much!

Top Unterkunft
A very nice accommodation. Communication was top-notch.
Very nice location of the apartment, a few minutes to the city center, Wurmberg cable car, and ice rink.
Everything you need is available in the apartment.
I will definitely rent again. Thank you very much.

Happy Christmas Days
Last winter we spent a few days in this cosy flat and felt very comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful area in Braunlage - right next to the forest. The flat is also equipped with everything important and lovingly furnished. You could relax perfectly in the sauna. It was a lovely Christmas time, unfortunately without snow.
We wanted to come back again this year for Christmas. But unfortunately the flat is occupied for the time.
Thank you very much for the relaxing days in the Harz!
