Description
Nice furnished chalet, kavelnr. 74, at chalet "the Krabbenkreek 'in Zeeland. Located on the waters of the Oosterschelde with sandy beach. Several terraces in the garden, including one right on the water (lake). Garden Sets and BBQ. Parking next to the chalet. In the garden is a shed where you can place your bikes.
Apparatus:
The living area is 80 m2.
2 bedrooms, one with two beds and one with two twin beds. In the living room is a sofa bed. Plenty of seating in the living room and cozy dining area. The bathroom is equipped with whirlpool including atmospheric lighting. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Senseo, 4-burner stove, cookware / tableware.
Washer, dryer and drying rack.
Dogs allowed. Smoking not allowed inside.

Location and surroundings of object
Adjacent to the chalet you will find a forest where guests are walking your dog.
If you cross the dike behind the chalet takes you to the beach (100m) and the marina (200 m). Boat rental is possible here. Also, the Oosterschelde is a great diving location, 'location 73' (50 m).
The park has a bicycle rental and a bistro / restaurant with terrace and playground. In season, various activities are organized. Also at the marina is a restaurant with stunning views over the Oosterschelde.
In the village, St. Annaland, you will find a large supermarket (500 m), a real butcher, bakeries, cafeterias, a local history etc. Every Thursday there is a weekly market. For children there is also a nice big playground. In the summer season is held every Wednesday auction of local produce.
You can also create a seal safari from the marina and in the summer season also include day trips by boat to Zierikzee.
In the vicinity there is the possibility for horse riding. St. Annaland is located on the island Tholen by car within 15 minutes you can bowling, minigolf and there are two outdoor pools (seasonal).
The island of Tholen, with its picturesque villages, flowered dikes and narrow polder roads particularly attractive for cyclists and hikers and an ideal place for nature lovers and peace seekers. Water sports enthusiasts will also primo, there are plenty of recreational fishermen, divers, surfers, sailors and boaters.
Bergen op Zoom in 25 minutes is an indoor pool.
You are here in less than 1 hour away from Rotterdam, Antwerp and Domburg.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang von Herrn de Kaizer, das Haus und seine Lage ist einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were in the house in early December 2022, we liked it so much with the de Keizer family that we have already booked again for the summer and New Year's Eve 2023.
It is a beautiful house in a great location with great amenities. We and our two dogs felt very comfortable. It is clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated, everything works as it should. The dining table and kitchen are designed in a rustic shabby look...if someone considers that worn-out and used, there is no help for them...

Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität!
Das Mobiliar des Chalets ist völlig abgenutzt, alt und teils defekt. Für einen so hohen Preis ist das eine Frechheit. Auf der Terrasse stand eine gefüllte Rattenköderfalle. Es war bekannt, dass wir mit Hunden anreisen. Wir wurden leider nicht auf die Falle hingewiesen. Das Chalet ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir sind am nächsten Morgen um 5 Uhr abgereist.

Beautiful.
Beautiful house. Everything well kept and neatly clean. Everything looks exactly as pictured. Friendly owner. The hot tub was lovely to relax in after a long walk. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. We have already booked again for next year.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, aanrader!
Wat een heerlijk plekje! Het chalet is zeer verzorgd en alles ziet er piekfijn uit. Erg schoon! We hebben enorm genoten van onze paar dagen vakantie hier en komen zeker weer terug. Een persoonlijk welkom en rondleiding door het huis bij aankomst van de eigenaar en leuke tips over wat te doen en waar te eten. We kwamen hier echt tot rust en de jacuzzi is echt een pluspunt, wat een gezellig hoekje is dat.
Zeker een aanrader.

Wonderful holiday in July 2020
The house has everything you need. The bathroom and the large living-dining room are very nicely furnished. We slept very well in the two bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the beautiful terrace. We had a very relaxing holiday. The restaurant in the park is highly recommended. Many thanks to the de Keizer family for the great service.
