The living area is 90m2. Thanks to the many windows, it is a wonderfully bright chalet.
3 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 with a double bed (1.60 m) and a closet, bedroom 2 with 2 boxspring beds (90 cm) and a closet, the beds can also be pushed together. Bedroom 3 with 2 beds. The spacious living room has a large dining area and ample seating to relax. The house has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and Finnish sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and electric stove. The chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi.
There is also a vacuum cleaner.
There is also an information folder with tips/outings and restaurants.

Sint-Annaland is located on the island of Tholen.
The surroundings are perfect for lovely cycling trips or pleasant walks and there are several routes that lead you through the beautiful countryside to various picturesque villages and towns.

You don't have to go far for the beautiful walking and cycling routes; the park is located in the Green Heart of Tholen and has a high regard for nature. As the mudflats fall dry at low tide, the Krabbenkreek, an offshoot of the Oosterschelde, is a feeding ground for all kinds of waders and sandpipers as well as all kinds of geese and ducks, which you can admire from the dikes.
The waters around the park offer opportunities for all kinds of water sports, not only diving, sailing and surfing, but also fishing.
Surroundings Sint-Annaland, Zeeland
The holiday homes are located near picturesque Sint Annaland, a quiet village with a few restaurants, cafés and shops, where you can visit the weekly market as well as a supermarket.
You will find the regional museum De Meestoof, where you can see how people used to live in the Tholian countryside.
The oldest mill is Korenmolen De Vier Winden, which was fully restored a few years ago and is definitely worth a visit.
Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk
Visit the Watersnoodmuseum in Ouwerkerk. The museum shows an impressive picture of the 1953 disaster, which left a big mark on the history of Zeeland and the Netherlands. The disaster was the immediate reason for implementing the Delta Plan. The south of the island of Tholen was particularly hard hit during the disaster, with most deaths occurring in Stavenisse.
Delta park Neeltje Jans
To prevent the 1953 disaster, the Delta Works were carried out. The delta park Neeltje Jans gives you an impression of the works and the power of the sea. But it is not only technology that can be seen here, there is also a sea lion show, an aquarium and a water park. Something for everyone, young and old.
Bergen op Zoom
A historical city bursting with energy, you can enjoy shopping in the many shops located in the medieval streets and squares. Bergen op Zoom has an 800-year history and in the city centre you will find many monuments such as the Gevangenpoort, the Sint Gertrudiskerk, the Markiezenhof and the town hall. Besides the many shops to browse around, you can relax on a terrace or have a meal in one of the many restaurants in the city. There is also a nice indoor swimming pool for many hours of water fun!
Goes
Goes is nicknamed the shopping heart of Zeeland, with a wide variety of shops situated around the historic town centre. Goes also has several galleries and the Museum de Bevelanden is not to be missed.

Tholen
The town of Tholen is right on the border with Noord-Brabant. It has a historic city centre which is still largely surrounded by ramparts and fortresses. Take a trip back in time with a visit to the Grote Kerk, the town hall or the historic shipyard at the marina.
Antwerp
This great city has everything a city can offer, many historical buildings and monuments such as the Cathedral of Our Lady on Groenplaats. Or would you rather go shopping on the Meir or visit one of the many museums, it is all possible. And don't forget Antwerp Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the world.
Island of Tholen
The many cycling and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you along dikes, fields and panoramic views of the Oosterschelde and Grevelingen estuaries. You will be transported back in time past the simple and picturesque villages where you can still taste the history. In turn, the surrounding water offers you plenty of opportunities for a more active holiday. The choice is yours!

Dreamlike for a vacation
Super beautiful chalet that was lovingly furnished by Ad and Diana. We spent our vacation there for the second time this year with 2 children and a dog. And once again, it was a great vacation. The pool invites you to relax and the proximity to the beach is also very convenient. We will definitely not be the last time there. Dear Diana and Ad, keep it up, we will come back. Pure relaxation
For us, it was a week full of relaxation and peace! Aside from the great amenities and cleanliness, what we liked best was that no one could watch us from the "plate." The outdoor seating is located at the back of the house. Possibly until next year.

The corner of Zeeland
We were in Zeeland Sint Annaland for the second time. It was wonderful, even if the weather was not so good. The charlett was simply top! Clean! Well equipped! The hosts are nice and very friendly. I can only recommend it. Thumbs up! We have not been there the last time.
