Description
Beautifully furnished, detached 6-person chalet with sauna and jacuzzi located on the waters of the Oosterschelde. The chalet is situated directly on the water with the terrace. Behind the chalet you can cross the dike and you are directly at the small beach. Take beautiful walks or bike rides on the dike along the sea. Parking space next to the chalet.

This beautifully located holiday home by the water is situated in an inviting holiday park in Sint-Annaland. There is a television in the bedroom with a double bed. The infrared sauna is located in the shed, where you can also relax. Through the sliding door in the living room you reach the terrace with garden furniture. Enjoy the view of the water during a barbecue with family or friends. The garden is open to the water. The other sides are enclosed with a hedge and a fence. The holiday home has a small jetty without a swimming ladder. It is possible to go out on the lake with a canoe or rowing boat. Via the stairs over the dike directly behind the holiday home, you reach the sandy beach on the Oosterschelde.
Layout:
3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (1.40 m), TV in the bedroom. 1 with two single beds. In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed. Enough seating in the living room with television and dining area. The bathroom has a shower and bathroom cabinet. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner gas stove with oven, and a dishwasher.
Vacuum cleaner and washing machine available. Free wifi. There is also an information folder with tips / outings and restaurants.

Location and surroundings of object
The friendly, child-friendly family park is spacious and offers you plenty of peace and space to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Zeeland. There is a restaurant with a beautiful terrace and it is located right next to the marina. The marina has an attractive and uniquely situated restaurant that we definitely recommend. You can quietly enjoy the beautiful view over the Oosterschelde.
Adjacent to the chalet park you will find a village forest where you can walk with your dog. If you cross the dike behind the chalet, you will reach the beach (100 meters), where you can swim or sunbathe, and the marina (100 m). The Oosterschelde is also a beautiful diving location, 'location 73' (50 m).
At the park, (electric) bicycles, Solexes, e-Harleys, and electric scooters are available for rent.
In the village, Sint-Annaland, you will find a large supermarket (300 m), a real butcher, bakery, cafeteria, restaurants, ice cream shop, massage salon, gift shops, a local museum, etc. There is a weekly market every Thursday afternoon. For the children, there is also a beautiful large playground. In the summer season, an auction of regional products is held every Wednesday.
You can also go on a seal safari from the marina and in the summer season you can also take day trips by boat to Zierikzee.
Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk
Visit the Watersnoodmuseum in Ouwerkerk. The museum presents an impressive depiction of the disaster in 1953, which left a major mark on the history of Zeeland and the Netherlands. The disaster was the direct reason for the implementation of the Delta Plan. Especially the south of the island of Tholen suffered greatly during the disaster; most of the deaths in Stavenisse were to be mourned.
Deltapark Neeltje Jans
To prevent a disaster like 1953, the Delta Works were carried out. The Deltapark Neeltje Jans gives you an impression of the works and the power of the sea. But it is not only technology that can be seen here; there is also a sea lion show, an aquarium, and a water park. Something for everyone, young and old.
Bergen op Zoom
A historic city that is buzzing with energy; you can enjoy shopping in the many little shops located in the medieval streets and squares. Bergen op Zoom has a history spanning 800 years and in the city center you will find many monuments such as the Gevangenpoort, the Sint Gertrudiskerk, the Markiezenhof, and the town hall. In addition to the many shops where you can browse around, you can relax on a terrace or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants the city has to offer. The nickname of Goes is The shopping heart of Zeeland, there is a wide variety of shops which are situated around the historic city center. Goes also has several galleries and you should certainly not miss the Museum de Bevelanden.
In the evening you have the opportunity to visit one of the discotheques or cafes where live music is regularly played.
Tholen
The city of Tholen lies exactly on the border with North Brabant. It has a historic city center which is still largely surrounded by ramparts and moats. A journey back in time with a visit to the Grote Kerk, the town hall, or the historic shipyard near the marina.
Antwerp
This large city has everything a city can offer, many historic buildings and monuments such as the Cathedral of Our Lady on the Groenplaats. Or would you rather go shopping on the Meir or visit one of the many museums, it is all possible. And don’t forget the Antwerp Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the world.
Island of Tholen
The many cycling and walking routes along the winding polder roads take you past dikes, fields, and vistas over the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen. You are carried back in time through the simple and picturesque villages where you can still taste history. The surrounding water then offers you plenty of opportunities for a more active holiday. Sint-Annaland is located on the island of Tholen. Within 15 minutes by car you can play bowling, mini golf and there are 2 outdoor pools (seasonal).
The area is ideal for beautiful cycling tours or pleasant walks and there are several routes that take you through beautiful nature to various picturesque villages and towns.

Perfect location. Beautiful walking environment. Bikes can be rented in the park. Nice restaurants. Plenty to do.

What a beautiful spot this holiday home has.
Everything you need is available. Well-equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi and sauna are real highlights, together with the great location, this is definitely a strong recommendation.
The beach, small forest, and harbor are just a few steps away.
The boat trip to see the seals is also a nice outing!
