The spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished holiday apartment 'Casa Pedum' offers approximately 100 sqm of living space.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the residential building, which consists of only 4 units.
The house is centrally yet quietly situated in Magognino, just 4 km from the famous holiday resort Stresa.
The holiday apartment is easily accessible via a convenient staircase and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with every comfort and a dining table for 6 people, a cozy living room with fireplace and access to a covered terrace, from which you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains.
The terrace allows you to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful view even in bad weather!
In the panoramic view of the mountains, you can see the summit of Mount 'Pedum' (approx. 2100m), after which the property is named!
Guests have FREE access to a WLAN internet connection!
Thanks to a recent renovation, everything is in like-new and well-maintained condition.
The rooms are bright, modern, and cozy.

The quiet village of Magognino is located above Stresa and Belgirate on Lake Maggiore and is an ideal starting point for countless excursions and activities!
There is a playground in the village.
Many leisure activities are close by: such as swimming in the lake, boat trips, hiking, playing golf (2 courses in the immediate vicinity), excursions to the Borromean Islands, strolling along the promenades of Stresa, Belgirate, Baveno, and Arona, boat trips to Switzerland to Ascona and Locarno, day trips to Milan, Lugano, and Como as well as to the well-known weekly markets in Luino (Wednesdays) and Cannobio (Sundays).
The romantic 'Lake Orta' and the quiet 'Lago di Mergozzo' are not far away and are recommended holiday destinations!

Great accommodation
The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean, well-equipped, and wonderfully suitable for families with children. Those who enjoy vacationing away from tourist hotspots and prefer a more individual experience are exactly right here. We felt very comfortable with our 3 children. Great view of Lake Maggiore
Super equipped holiday apartment with carport and great views of Lake Maggiore, with very nice landlords who try to fulfill all wishes promptly. The location high above the lake allows for the great view, but makes a car essential for trips and supplies. The beautiful north-facing balcony is definitely optimal in the height of summer, but due to the cool temperatures, we could hardly use it.

Autumn holiday on Lake Maggiore
The flat is conveniently located. Many excursion destinations can be easily reached from Magognino. The place is a good starting point for various hikes or mountain bike tours in the surrounding area. Parking is available near the house. Bicycles and a roof box could be stored in a storage room near the entrance of the house during our stay, which was very practical for us.
The flat is very well equipped. Especially in the kitchen there are all the usual electrical appliances and a variety of kitchen utensils as well as enough crockery. The flat is very well maintained and clean
The room layout is ideal for a family of five or six. The rooms are spacious and there are two bathrooms. The spacious covered balcony offers a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore
The only small drawback is the rather loud church clock nearby, so earplugs are recommended for night sleep - but no problem with that
The contact with the landlady and the manager was always nice, uncomplicated and very reliable.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly come back again.

Unforgettable vacation in Magognino!
Practically fully furnished apartment with a beautiful view of the lake.
Delightful relaxation on the spacious terrace with a particularly beautiful setting.
Only slight downside: shower is a bit small and the double bed may also need replacing :-)
Otherwise: everything a solid 5/5!

Die Lage hoch über dem See ermöglicht den tollen Ausblick, macht aber ein Auto für Ausflüge und Versorgung unverzichtbar.
Der schöne Balkon mit Nordausrichtung ist im Hochsommer bestimmt optimal, konnte von uns aufgrund der kühlen Temperatur leider kaum genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere in der Küche sind alle üblichen Elektrogeräte und vielfältige Küchenutensilien sowie ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Die Raumaufteilung ist für eine fünf- bis sechsköpfige Familie ideal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und zwei Bäder vorhanden. Der großzügige überdachte Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die recht laute Kirchturmuhr in der Nähe, so dass für den Nachtschlaf Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen sind - damit aber kein Problem.
Die Kontakte zur Vermieterin und zur Verwalterin waren stets nett, unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.
Zalig genieten op het ruime terras van een bijzonder mooie omgeving.
Enig minder puntje : douche iets te klein en het tweepersoonsbed is misschien ook eens aan vervanging toe :-)
Voor het overige : alles een dikke 5/5 !
haben sich in der einladenden Wohnung vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt.
Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der Balkon, von dem man zu jeder Tageszeit einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Die Lage ist top, und man kann viele tolle Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Das malerische Städtchen Stresa z.B. ist von der Ferienwohnung in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Pkw zu erlangen. Der herrliche Lago di Mergozzo, ein Alpenrandsee liegt von Magognino ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit entfernt. Ein toller Badesee, er gilt als einer der saubersten Seen Europas. Auch ein Ausflug an den naheliegenden Aussichtsberg Monte Mottarone lohnt sich. Es gibt noch viele weitere attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir jedoch in einer Woche nicht geschafft haben.Deshalb freuen wir uns jetzt schon auf einen weiteren Urlaub im Casa PEDUM!
Die Vermieterin, sowohl als auch die Betreuerin haben uns von Anfang an sehr freundlich und zuverlässig betreut.
Wir konnten unseren Urlaub rundum genießen, und werden sicherlich bald wieder kommen.
HERZLICHEN DANK für diese schöne Zeit, die wir hier erleben konnten!!!
Ein super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge ob zum Strand (Tip- in Feriolo)
Botanischer Garten am Mottarone_sagenhafter Ausblick!,
zum Mottarone auf 1497m (wir sind mit dem Auto hoch-8€),
oder mit dem Zug nach Mailand(1Std.Fahrt und Taxi bis Centrum zwischen 10-15Euro)...Wochenmärkte usw. .....
Für uns Vier (2Erw. 2Kids 5J.) war es ein ganz toller schöner Urlaub und die Wohnung ist echt klasse in der sich jeder sofort wohlgefühlt hat!!!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern dort. Die Vermietern haben uns sehr freundlich und gut betreut.
Sehr geräumig für bis zu 4 Personen.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Für 4-5 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr geeignet.
Wenn man es etwas lebhafter haben will eher nicht geeignet.
Für uns mit Kindern war sie perfekt!

There are some lovely walks to beligrate and Stresa via the chestnut route that can be done in trainers on a dry day from the apartment and takes a approx 45 mins.
Lots to do in Stresa via bus and boat and beautiful walks along the promenade. Good food can also be found in many restaurants in Stresa. We also took the train into Milan from Stresa which was only €15 each and also train to Arona .
Altogether a wonderful holiday .
