The apartment is on the first floor of the small estate 'La Verbanella' with only 4 residential units.
The plant is designed in the typical architectural style and offers thanks to the excellent position a fantastic sea and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.
The apartment is accessible from the garage of a comfortable staircase of about 30 steps.
Through a private entrance you have access to the garden, private courtyard with covered terraces and the entrance of the apartment.
The apartment is 50 square meters large and comfortable.
The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and well maintained.
All rooms are equipped with tiled floors.
The bathroom is practically equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
From the bedroom, living room and the terrace a stunning lake view can be enjoyed.
The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. and all the necessary kitchen - equipped and cooking utensils.
In the patio area there is a separate storage room for garden furniture, barbecue and drying rack.
A single garage is available exclusively.

Location and surroundings of object
The comfortably furnished apartment is located about km above Belgirate, 5 km from the famous resort of Stresa.
Belgirate is between Arona and Stresa (5 km) on Lake Maggiore and is an ideal starting point for excursions and activities!
The old town of Belgirate is romantic and the place has a gepfegte and tranquil waterfront, a beach and a railway station line (Milano-Domodossola)
In the village there are restaurants, diff. Cafes, grocery, pharmacy, post office and a shipping pier for excursions on Lake Maggiore.
Various activities such as swimming in the lake, boating, hiking, golfing (2 courses nearby), trips to the Borromeo Islands, strolling along the waterfronts of Stresa and Arona, boat trips to Switzerland to Ascona and Locarno, day trips (to Milan very cheap also be reached by train from Belgirate), Lugano and Como as well (the well-known weekly markets in Luino (Wednesday) and Cannobio on Sundays).
The romantic lakes "Lago di Orta" and "Mergozzo" are not far away and is highly recommended.

Holiday at Lake Maggiore
We really liked the apartment and the furnishings correspond 100% to the description.

Holiday flat with charm
Hallo....your holiday flat has real charm. Situated so beautifully high above the lake....simply beautiful
Unfortunately, the ascent to the holiday home is not ideal. By car ? the smaller problem. On foot you can also imagine something better
You should not forget anything. Den abermals so einen Aufstieg.....
All in all, a very nice place to stay

Wonderful summer holiday
This is a nice holiday flat for 2 persons with a large terrace, which is mostly shaded from midday due to the location. Access to the flat is via the terrace and the adjacent flats are staggered so that you don't notice much of other tenants/holiday guests
The equipment, especially kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery, is very extensive. The only thing we didn't find was a corkscrew ;)
The waste separation is very well structured and understandable. And we noticed positively that there were enough rubbish bags available (and toilet paper!)
As already described several times, the location is far above the lake, which allows a wonderful view of the lake from the terrace, but also requires a strenuous walk if you want to leave the car. As we had 2 very hot weeks, we preferred to travel by car.
There is a very beautiful hiking trail from Belgirate to Stresa (VL2), which runs above the house. It goes in large sections through the forest and has a length of about 6 km. After a sightseeing tour through Stresa, we took the train back.
We felt very comfortable and had a nice relaxing holiday and can definitely recommend this flat

So,landlady very friendly and helpful at all times.location just gorgeous this view what you have.disadvantage you have to do everything by car,is quite steep up.30 min and more to go up.with the car you are in 5 min up.belgirate itself have probably unfortunately some shops restaurants hotels not survived thanks to corona editions.beautiful beaches are in a good 15-20 min by car to reach.I or we can only say that it was a successful beautiful holiday.

TOP Location and Service
Thanks to Corona, it was probably significantly emptier both at Lake Maggiore and in Milan than usual at this time of year. The apartment was equipped as described and the essential groceries, which are not needed so often, were all available. The same applied to cleaning supplies. Even laundry detergent for the washing machine was available in a large selection. Thanks to the location on the hill, it did not get hot in the apartment. Due to the virus, we didn't have to worry: There were even masks available along with disinfectants during the journey.
However, the footpath to the lake is quite challenging, that's the downside of the great view.
