The 70 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor in an elegant building in the vibrant centre of Stresa

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and has been thought through and maintained down to the smallest detail.
An open and modern living area with the exit to the balcony (with a lateral lake view) welcomes you right at the entrance.

The living area consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster), a dining area and living room with a sofa bed + TV
A small balcony invites you to a café or a glass of wine with a view of the lively hustle and bustle of Stresa.
A corridor leads to the stylish bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and the exit to another balcony. From this balcony you have a view over the roofs of Stresa. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine, WC and bidet.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, right on the corner of the famous Piazza Cardorna and only 2 minutes walk from the lakeside promenade and Stresa's pier. Many beautiful restaurants, bars and shops are close by and directly opposite the entrance of the apartment is a very well stocked Carrefour supermarket. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet.

The location is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the real enchanting centre of Stresa with every comfort within walking distance. Also ideal for rail or air travellers. The train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the Milan-Malpensa airport is easily reached from Stresa by ALIBUS.

The apartment has a garage in the basement.
It`s entrance gate is 2,15 m wide and it`s 5,60 m deep. The garage is located at the end of the underground car park along the wall. Due to it's location it might be difficult to enter with a very large car. It's a save parking place for motorcycles/bicycles.
The super central location of the apartment allows you to move the vehicle only on arrival and departure and to undertake the remaining holiday activities "car-free" and sustainable
Free and chargeable parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

Alles super: Tolle Lage, blitzsauber, super Ausstattung, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, unzählige Restaurants in Gehweite, Parkplatz mit dabei (vorsicht bei großen Autos; C-Klasse Kombie hat gerade noch so gepasst; einparken schwierig) , flexibler Check-Out, gute Kommunikation,.... gerne wieder
