The living area consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), a dining area, the bright living room with two sofa beds and SAT-TV. Free Wi-Fi is available!
A stylish hallway leads to the two large bedrooms and the two bathrooms. One bedroom is quietly facing the inner courtyard, the other faces the side of the piazza, which is a bit livelier.
One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC, bidet, and washing machine. The second bathroom with shower and WC.
The comfortable sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space for more guests.
The carefully selected designer lamps create a special ambiance! All rooms are fitted with terracotta tiles.

The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, directly on the corner of the famous Piazza Cardorna and only one minute from the lake promenade and the pier of Stresa. Many nice restaurants, bars and stores are just nearby and directly opposite the entrance of the apartment is a very well-stocked Carrefour supermarket
The location is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the real enchanting center of Stresa with all the comforts within walking distance. Ideal also for those traveling by train or plane. The train station can be reached in 10 min. on foot and Milan Malpensa airport can be easily reached from Stresa by ALIBUS.
Subject to availability, a private garage box is available in the building's underground garage for a fee.

The apartment includes a private garage box in the underground parking directly beneath the building, available for rent by prior arrangement and subject to availability for €12 per day.
In addition, both free and paid parking options are available in the immediate vicinity.
Please note that the apartment and garage are located in a ZTL zone (restricted traffic area). Entry restrictions apply at certain times, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
After your arrival, you have the option to apply for a ZTL permit at the nearby police station, which can be issued retroactively for the duration of your stay. Further information is available upon request.
The super central location of the apartment allows you to use your vehicle only upon arrival and departure and to enjoy the rest of your holiday activities "car-free" and sustainably.

A beautiful and super centrally located apartment
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it is very spacious, has two beautiful balconies, and is located in the middle of life :-) In addition, there is a garage for the apartment, which is pure luxury.
We were warmly welcomed by Yvonne during the handover of the apartment and could also contact her at any time with questions.
I hope that the apartment will be available again for the next Stresa vacation :-)

Wonderful Easter holidays!
The three of us rented the flat and we are absolutely thrilled! The location is great - right in the centre of Stresa, numerous cafés and restaurants just around the corner. Nevertheless, the flat is quiet, so you can really relax. Special highlights are the two balconies and the underground parking space. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away. The flat is very well equipped and the kitchen has all the utensils you need for a relaxing holiday. It is also worth mentioning that there is a supermarket directly opposite the front door. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful Easter holiday in Stresa!
