The detached house is located in Landal Port Greve (Brouwershaven), can accommodate 6 people.
Living room and bedrooms are maritime. The furniture is from 2015. The Top Kitchen (2014) has refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave / oven, the bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views.
New cot / chair, modern bathroom / sauna, separate new toilet, fireplace in living room, 3. coffee (filter, Senseo, Nespresso), washer / dryer, free WiFi, hair dryer, first aid kit, 14 garden chairs, etc.
The very large garden at the back is adjacent to a beautifully landscaped lake, which is enclosed by a fence, so also safe for children. You can enjoy on the terrace there from the shore. Perhaps look at this idyllic location even and fall around the Eisvogelpärchen. The detached holiday home is on a 842 M2 plot, which is surrounded on all sides by bushes, which very much privacy arises. For parents with children extremely ideal, since the entire garden is enclosed by bushes on the front, back and on the side, and for children has the large lawn a fantastic place to romp and play.

Fantastic stay
A completely newly furnished house with many maritime details. Beautiful and very cozy!
For the disabled, there is a bedroom on the ground floor and also the beautiful bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and sauna.
Everything has been thought of. Even above the gas stove, there is a cupboard with every imaginable spice!
Cutlery, plates, and glasses were also abundant, so if you come with a larger group, you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal.
There were four terraces on the huge plot. 3 around the house and one by the water, where we could enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning (around half-past eight). On the side of the house, there is a round table, and behind the house, a large rectangular table under a covered terrace.
The garden was beautiful and huge, completely fenced, with a fence at the water's edge. Very safe for families with small children. Occasionally a rabbit or hedgehog walks by.
You are in the middle of nature and we had to get used to the peace and quiet (we are from Amsterdam ourselves).
We were very sorry that we had only booked for 1 week and actually didn't want to leave. When we returned home, we wanted to book for 2 weeks in June 2022, but unfortunately (actually logically) this house was already fully booked.
The owner (with whom we had a very nice contact) has 2 other villas on the park, also completely renovated, and we chose the "Golfbreker". This one is not by the water but is located against the dike and is also completely fenced and surrounded by beautiful trees.
The park is close to famous places such as Zierikzee, Renesse, etc.
A car is a must.
Thank you, landlord, for this unforgettable week and we will enjoy it again next year (for 2 weeks)! Even if the weather is not so good, the house offers plenty of opportunities to still have a wonderful time.

Great relaxation and great garden.
We spent two weeks as a family at "Salziger Wind." From the moment we entered the house, we felt comfortable, unlike in many other vacation homes. The kitchen was well-equipped, especially the variety of coffee machines! The large garden was great for the kids to play in, and we even had a few campfires with bread sticks by the lake using the fireplace in the garden. Overall, a relaxing holiday! Thank you very much, Mr. Oudemans.

Holiday home that met all expectations-Very good facilities and great location.
Very cozy furnished, very well-equipped kitchen, and the sauna provided relaxation in February. The evenings ended by the fireplace.
Highly recommended!

Just great all round !!!!
Beautifully located, very clean and well equipped holiday home. We wanted for nothing and the garden is a dream. Mr (Erik) Oudemans was always quickly available for us. Thank you for the great preparation, the documents sent, we felt very comfortable and regret that the house is already booked out
House is already fully booked for Easter 2019. We will be happy to come again.

Perfect relaxation.
Booking and processing went smoothly. Mr. Erik Oudemans organized everything perfectly. The house is top-notch equipped and lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. The tranquil location invites you to explore the country and its people by foot, bike, or car.

Because we come often, the house with a lot of feeling adapted. The maritime atmosphere fits perfect in this wetland. Even our very large garden (842 sqm) on the watercourse are peace and freedom 3. terrace, 14 garden chairs, always sun, much privacy!

Voor mindervaliden is een slaapkamer op de begane grond en tevens de prachtige badkamer met ligbad, inloopdouche en sauna.
Aan alles is gedacht. Zelfs boven het gasstel bevindt zich een kast met alle denkbare kruiden!
Bestek, borden en glazen waren er ook in overvloed, dus als je met een groter gezelschap komt, hoef je niet na iedere maaltijd de vaatwasser aan te zetten.
Er bevonden zich vier terrassen op de enorme kavel. 3 om het huis en één aan het water, waar we in de ochtend (rond half negen) al heerlijk in de zon konden ontbijten. Aan de zijkant van het huis bevindt zich een ronde tafel en achter het huis een grote rechthoekige tafel onder een overdekt terras.
De tuin was prachtig en enorm groot, geheel omheind en een hek aan de waterkant. Zeer veilig voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Af en toe wandelt er een konijntje of egel langs.
Je bevindt je midden in de natuur en we moesten even wennen aan de rust (zelf komen we uit Amsterdam).
We vonden het erg jammer, dat we maar voor 1 week geboekt hadden en wilden eigenlijk niet weg. Bij thuiskomst wilden we voor juni 2022 voor 2 weken boeken, maar helaas (eigenlijk logisch) was dit huis al volgeboekt.
De eigenaar (waar we een enorm leuk contact mee hadden) heeft nog 2 andere villa's op het park, ook geheel vernieuwd en wij hebben gekozen voor de "Golfbreker". Deze ligt niet aan het water maar is gelegen tegen de dijk en ook weer geheel omheind en voorzien van schitterende bomen.
Het park ligt dicht in de buurt van de bekende plaatsen, zoals Zierikzee, Renesse etc.
Een auto is wel een 'must'.
Bedankt verhuurder voor deze onvergetelijke week en we gaan volgend jaar (dan 2 weken) wederom genieten. Zelfs als het wat slechter weer is, dan biedt het huis voldoende mogelijkheden om er toch een heerlijke tijd van te maken.
Grosse Garten war super zum toben für die Kids und in Kamin im Garten konnten wir sogar een paar mal ein Lagerfeuer mit Stockbrot unten an See geniessen. Rund um ein erholsamer Urlaub!

Dazu kommt dann noch dieser Vermieter Erik Oudemans bis ins letzte Detail eingerichtete Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Toll !!

Es war ein tolles, sonniger und erholsame Urlaub 2018.

Das Haus is schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig und es fehlt an nichts. Für Familien bietet der Anlagebetreiber viele Möglichkeiten, Hallenbad, Pfeilbogenschiessen, Basketball, Fussbal, Spielhalle etc.
Der Ort ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt ƒür Ausflüge an den Strand zu Fuss, mit dem
Fahrrad oder Auto. Fahrräder können preiswert gemietet werden.
Herr Erik Oudemans ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter und
antwortet bei Fragen sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
Das Ferienhaus "Salziger Wind" ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit liebevollen und sehr schönen Details. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr gross, super gemütlich mit angrenzendem See und Seeterrasse, ideal um geschützt schöne Abende dort zu verbringen und auch um (kleine) Kinder spielen zu lassen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Vermieter Erik Oudemans ist sehr hervorzuheben. Wir haben als Familie mit Kindern und Grosseltern schon mehrfach Ferienhäuser an der deutschen uns holländischen Küste gemietet. Dieses wunderschönen Haus überzeugte bisher am meisten. Es war die tolle Lage des Ferienhauses und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Oudemans! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Seit Februar haben wir uns auf der nächsten Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus gefreut, und alles hat wieder rundherum geklappt. Unsere erste Bewertung können wir hier also nur bestätigen. Und freuen und jetzt schon auf die nächsten zwei Wochen in
2018.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Und wir hatten
noch nie ein Haus gemietet, das so aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet ist. Von Gläsern
über Geschirr bis hin zu Gewürzen. Auch die Vorinfomationen waren sehr ausführlich und verständlich.
Angenehm überrascht hat uns der persönliche und freundliche Empfang durch Herrn (Erik) Oudemans.
Herr (Erik) Oudemans ist ein sehr netter ununkomplizierter Vermieter, der stets schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet hat.
Wir werden uns überlegen nochmal wiederzukommen!
Herr Oudemans selbst hat immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Mieter und ist immer bemüht seinen Gästen erholsamen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Dies wird garantiert nicht der letzte Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus gewesen sein.
