Description
The 104 m² of the house spread over two levels. The ground floor has a cozy living / dining room with open fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there is a utility room with washing machine at your disposal, as well as a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed, spacious closets and fans. A large, modern bathroom is also available at this level. Here is the large "round balcony", from which you can enjoy at the nature reserve and mountains among others a magnificent view. It is accessible from both bedrooms each.
The highlight of the house is the 28m² large private swimming pool for a relaxing swim. The large sunny terrace around the pool is equipped with a dining table, enough chairs and 4 sunbeds. So can start with a nice breakfast in the open the morning.
A parking lot in front of the house for smaller cars is also available. Otherwise you can park easily on the spacious turning area at the entrance to the private road.
As the house is equipped with heaters in all the rooms, it can also be very well occupied during the winter months.

This clean, built in Majorcan style house is situated in a quiet but central residential area of Cala Mandia right opposite a nature reserve.
Three beautiful sandy coves are within walking distance in about 300 m. All are beautiful and suitable for children. Cala Mandia beach has received the Blue Flag for particularly good water quality.
Also you get to the shops and restaurants of the well-kept town on foot.
