Description

The detached, air-conditioned villa with private pool is located in Els Poblets near Denia on an 800 sqm enclosed private property. It is only 1 km to Playa Almadrava beach and to the village of El Vergel. A large supermarket is just 900 meters away. Restaurants and bars are also within easy walking distance. The private pool is equipped with Roman steps for comfortable entry and exit. An outdoor shower provides a quick refreshment in between. Sun loungers and a seating area are available. An outdoor grill invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. A covered parking space for your car is available within the enclosed property. The center of Denia is about 9 km away.

very stylish and tasteful

We really liked the furnishing of the house.
The interior design is very stylish and tasteful.
All the electricals worked, there were enough sockets in the desired places.
Also, the location of the house was very quiet.

The pool and garden service were very good and unobtrusive during our stay.
The cleaning and disinfection of the house due to Corona were very well implemented.
