Detached holiday home for sole use in Els Poblets near Denia, only 900 meters from the beach on a private garden plot. The well-kept holiday home is modernly furnished and has an internet connection. The level private plot is enclosed. A paved path runs around the house. Due to the surrounding hedge and wall, neighbors have little view inside. The garden is landscaped with lawn and Mediterranean plants. A carport is available for your car within the property. In the living room, an air conditioner ensures pleasant room temperatures. The private, 9-meter-long pool with Roman steps is 2 to 4.5 meters wide and 1.30 to 2.10 meters deep. The brick outdoor shower by the pool is temperature adjustable. Garden furniture and two sun loungers are available. A charcoal grill invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The glazed terrace extends the living area and forms a beautiful transition to the garden. In a storage room outside there is a washing machine. For cooler evenings, four electric heaters are available; the air conditioners can also be used for heating.
The holiday home has a size of approx. 110 sqm, all rooms are on one level. An internet connection via WIFI can be used. The furnishings of the house are bright and friendly. The living-dining room features a 4-seater upholstered suite (this has since been replaced by two two-seater sofas) and a dining table with four chairs. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with German ASTRA satellite reception, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, radio, and cassette deck. Open breakfast terrace and glazed living terrace with another dining set. Kitchen with induction stove with 3 cooking zones (the photo still shows the old stove with gas burners) and oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, toaster, and other cooking utensils. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters (2 single mattresses) and built-in wardrobe, the other with 2 single beds measuring 0.90 x 2 meters, with air conditioning and chest of drawers (the built-in wardrobe for this bedroom is located in the living room) as well as an exit to the garden. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A travel baby bed, iron, and ironing board are included in the amenities.
Restaurants and shopping facilities are located within 800 meters. The beach is about 900 meters away.

The holiday home is very nicely decorated.
The vacation house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you simply need in a household. I adore these beautiful light floor tiles!!! The bathroom is also great, and the bedroom, the mattresses, are very, very good. My husband and I slept soooo well these days. Mrs. Eckert is really very nice and helpful, whether it's from home or on-site. We will book with Mrs. Eckert for the 3rd time next year.
