Description
The holiday villa has a living area of 100 sqm and is for your exclusive use. It is located in a quiet villa area with low houses and has a beautiful view to the local mountain Segaria, and from the roof terrace to the sea. Around the villa you will always find a shady spot. The street next to the house is a quiet residential street with no through traffic.
The private pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access and can be illuminated at night. A temperature-controlled outdoor shower provides cooling in between. Four sun loungers and a seating area invite you to relax. Adjacent to the spacious pool terrace is an outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue grill, refrigerator and sink.
The roof terrace is sheltered from the wind and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the nearby mountains and the sea. Here, too, seating invites you to linger in comfort.
Well-kept lawns and a garden planted with Mediterranean plants surround the villa.
From the pool terrace, the glazed house terrace leads into the interior of the villa.
You will certainly feel at home in the villa itself.
The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished and has extensive equipment.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV with German satellite reception and Bluetooth sound bar, DVD player, stereo system with CD player and internet access via WLAN. There is also air conditioning in the hallway, which reaches the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also part of the extensive equipment of the house.
The three bedrooms are furnished with built-in wardrobes and double beds. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan with remote control. Two bedrooms have a small satellite TV. All mattresses and pillows are equipped with slipcovers, which are changed and cleaned after each rental. For a restful sleep, fly screens are attached to the windows. Two bathrooms are available for you. One with a bathtub, double washbasin and WC and one with a shower, rain shower, washbasin and WC.
For the cooler seasons, there are separately adjustable marble panel radiators and a wood-burning stove with fireplace in the living room. Heating can also be provided with the air-conditioning units. Bringing a dog is allowed. From the entrance to the house you can access the locked parking area with an electric access gate. Restaurants, a supermarket and the sandy beach are within 500 metres, so you can easily do without your car.
