Apartment 1:
91 m2 is the size of the apartments.
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen - dining room, microwave, coffee maker, toilet, shower, washing machine, SAT - TV, air conditioning, internet - Wi-Fi and three large covered terraces protected from rain and sun.
Apartment 2:
80 m2 is the size of the apartments
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen-bedroom, microwave, coffee maker, satellite TV, air conditioning, internet - Wi-Fi, toilet, shower and three large covered terraces protected from rain and sun.
Apartment Studio 2:
25 m2 is the size of the apartment.
French bed, kitchen, WC - bathroom, SAT - TV, microwave, coffee maker, Internet - Wi-Fi, and large covered terraces protected from rain and sun.
All apartments have their own entrance. The sunrise and the sea can be enjoyed from the large terrace.
The accommodation is regularly adapted. Led Tv, air conditioning and Wlan are a matter of course for us

The beach is within walking distance (200m). The beach was renovated in 2016. There are new shaded areas, benches and tables on the beach.
You can choose from three flats with a sea view. In the evening, you can end the day in peace and quiet outside with a barbecue. The flats are spacious and have a living area of 25 to 91 m2. The 3-room apartment has three sunny balconies with a beautiful balcony table and chairs, living room with pull-out bed, lounge and dining table, wall shelf, kitchen with generous crockery equipment just like at home, SAT/TV, W-Lan and air conditioning. The bedroom is spacious and has a 3-door wardrobe, double bed 180x200, night table and neat bed linen. The large bathroom is a wool feel room with shower, beautiful bathroom furniture, wall mirror and fine bath towels. There is a wardrobe hanger in the large corridor. the 3_room apartment has an additional bedroom with a 160x200 bed and wardrobe. In addition, there is a large barbecue, barbecue area with a nice table and free parking
This beautiful flat is 1800 m away from the famous curable mud, which helps to cure sciatica, rheumatism and other diseases.
Hiking enthusiasts can find their pleasure in the enchanting Velebit Natural Park (1000-1600m) about 30 minutes away by car. With the breathtaking view of the sea you can spend hours and/or admire the source of the Zrmanja river.

Villa Una apartments are marked on Google Maps, just enter Villa Una Gornji Karin on your mobile phone and you will get directly to our villa.
If you drive with the navigation system, type in the street: Tina Ujevica 11, plz. 23450 Obrovac, this will lead you directly to the villa. In case you are driving without sat nav, follow the highway direction Ljubljana, Zagreb, Karlovac, Split, and then take the exit at Zadar where Maslenica is and follow the signs to Obrovac, after the bridge, turn left direction Sibenik, Split, Karin. When you see the sea on your right, follow the next villages Krusevo, Ribnica, Crna Punta, Susnjar and the first village before Karin is called Vrulje.
After the sign Vrulje turn right after 50m towards the sea, the second house on the left is the destination.

Super accommodation
Very nice landlords, accommodating, polite, and friendly! We have been there several times now and are going there again next year. The apartments are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. In the upper apartments, you have a fantastic view of the sea. Someone is always available if you have questions. We can only recommend the Coralic family.

The holiday apartments are very clean!
The landlords are very, very nice and helpful.
The landlords help with everything.
The host Hasko also speaks German.
Everything is available, there is a lounge where you can spend a cozy evening with everyone or alone; if you don't want to buy drinks, you can take drinks from him in the lounge, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, as you wish.
Children are warmly welcomed. We were very satisfied and would love to come here again. Our children really enjoyed it and so did we. You can be sure to arrive at a great place. You don't always meet such nice people!!! Best regards, Family Kuhn

Wonderful
We stayed at the accommodation for 10 days and found it to be wonderful. The location is perfect with a beach for our small child. The landlords are very friendly people and wonderful hosts, we can only recommend it.

Sehr nette Vermieter,zuvorkommend,höflich und freundlich! Wir waren jetzt schon öfter dort und fahren auch nächstes Jahr dorthin. Die Appartements sind sauber,ordentlich,gut ausgestattet. Man hat in den oberen Appartements einen megatollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Es steht jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung wenn man Fragen hat. Wir können die Familie Coralic einfach nur weiter empfehlen

Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und Hilfsbereich .
Die Vermieter helfen bei allem .
Der Hausherr Hasko spricht auch Deutsch .
Es ist alles vorhanden , eine lounge ist vorhanden wo man einen gemütlichen Abend mit allen oder alleine verbringen kann , wer nicht getränke kaufen möchte kann man bei ihm in der lounge getränke nehmen ohne Alkohol und mit Alkohol wie man es möchte.
Kinder sind herzlich vollkommen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder gerne hier anreisen .
Unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen und uns auch. Sie können sicher sein in einem tollen objekt zu kommen .
So nette Menschen erlebt man nicht immer !!! Lg Familie Kuhn

Wie waren 10 Tage in der Unterkunft und fanden es wunder schön die Lage der Strand mit deinem Klein Kind ist es perfekt. Die Vermieter sind ganz freundliche Menschen und wunderbare Vermieter wir können es nur empfehlen.

Wir haben jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nur ein Katzensprung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und stets bemüht um seine Gäste und ihr Wohlbefinden. Bei Fragen hat er immer geholfen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Preis war vollkommen ok! Fazit: Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen !

Mein Nachbar und ich haben mit unseren Familien in der Villa Una Urlaub gemacht. Es war absolut Entspannt und Wir wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen sowie auch Verabschiedet.
Wir haben gute Tipps zum Essen sowie zu geheimen Stränden vom Gastgeber bekommen.
Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Karin und wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und sind bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft auf die Villa Una gestoßen. Es war die Beste Entscheidung, die wir treffen konnten! Herr Coralic selbst hatte in seinem Haus keine Unterkunft frei und hat uns deswegen eine Unterkunft in der Nähe vermittelt. Er und seine Frau selbst haben sich in der Zeit um uns gekümmert und uns als ihre eigenen Gäste angesehen. Sie sind unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend! Man kann jederzeit Fragen stellen oder um Hilfe bitten. Sie versuchen immer ihr Möglichstes.
Es war wirklich der beste Urlaub, den wir bisher hatten und die Familie hat definitiv ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Unser Urlaub der sich gelohnt hat.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und glücklich, das wir mit Hasko in Kontakt gekommen sind, er ist sehr nett , sehr hilfsbereit, spricht deutsch,
Er sorgt sich um seine Gäste, empfiehlt auch was man machen kann.
Das Appartement war für uns in Ordnung, das ist halt keine 5 Sterne Hotel aber für uns hat es vollkommen ausgereicht. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine wofür ich auch sehr dankbar war mit 3. Kinden.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher vorhanden.
Ruhiger Strand zu Fuß 5-10 Min. mit Kinderwagen und Bollerwagen gut erreichbar und auch nicht überfüllt. Genau perfekt zum entspannen, baden und genießen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Unser Urlaub 2023,
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr schöner Urlaub, super Vermieter+ Nachbar.
Das Örtchen an dich sehr ruhig, dementsprechend super am Strand wenig Turisten, für Familien sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Wasser ist nicht so salzig wie direkt an der Adria Küste auch toller wilder Strand mit Schlamm, dem viele Urlauber heilende Kräfte zuschreiben. Wir haben es probiert, das roch ein wenig streng, ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Kleine Geschäfte, Bäckereien und kleine Lokale sind um die 2 bis 3 Kilometer erreichbar, wo auch ein kleiner Kirmes ist.
Eine Apotheke gibt es vor Ort auch, da waren wir auch froh, mit kleinen Kindern braucht man immer etwas.
Wir haben auch einiges im Umkreis unternommen.
Ein Abstecher nach Zadar in die Altstadt.
Bibinje haben die Kinder gefeiert, mit tollem Strand und diversen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, wie Jetski, Elektroroller und andere Wasserattraktionen.
Besuch der Krka Wasserfälle.
Auch eine Quadtour dürfte nicht fehlen, ca 20 km gab es ein Quad Verleih.
Die Appartements an sich sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden .
Waschmaschine war uns am wichtigsten.
Bettwäsche könnten wir nach der Halbzeit frische beziehen.
Der Nachbar spricht sehr gut deutsch, ist sehr hilfsbereit gewesen.
Wir bedanken uns und empfehlen diese Appartements sehr gerne weiter. Preis-Leistung super.

Wir haben zwei wirklich tolle Wochen bei Hasko und Emira verbringen dürfen.
Das Haus ist gut geführt, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Hasko und Emira sind für Ihre Gäste immer da. Sehr froh waren wir zum Beispiel als eines unserer Kinder erkrankte für die Begleitung und Unterstützung von Hasko.
Auch der kleine saubere Strand hat uns und unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren erste Mal bei Villa Una, es war sehr ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht. Die Familie Coralic sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle jedem sein Urlaub in Villa Una zu verbringen.

Ich war mit meine Familie von 08.08.2021 bis 15.08.2021, die Ruhige Ortschaft hat uns Fasziniert, wir haben Sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Die Hausherren waren sehr Freundlich zu uns. Hausherr spricht Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist mit alles ausgestattet was man so braucht, die Wohnung war Top Sauber. Wir werden bestimmt dort wieder fahren. Ich kann Allen nur Empfählen die Villa Una zu wählen!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr bei Problemen. Einziges Problem da können die Vermieter nichts dafür kroatien ist leider Hundfeindlich also Urlaub mit Hund in Kroatien gehört gut überlegt.

This is a small place, but excellent for a vacation. Apartments are fully equipped, there is a great sea view. The beach is near, so you don't need a car. Quiet place, polite landlord, and you have your own privacy, is something that seems perfect for my vacation. We had a great time, and the prices are also for everyone. Definitely this is the right place for me and my children. The children really like this place! I hope there will be an apartment for us the next summer.
