Villa Bianca Karin is modern designed house that is situated just 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches of Karin seaside. It’s close to tourist attractions and beautiful islands. This seaside view house is a perfect choice for big family or a group of friends.
The house has 3 terraces of 20m2 each that give you several options to enjoy outside while you stay in our villa, as weel as 150m2 luxury equiped internal space for your use.
Villa Bianca Karin is completely new and consists two-storey with 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 + 2 extra beds) and 2 bathrooms, huge open space living room and modern kitchen. The large garden and three terraces offer the opportunity to spend the evening with friends and family. The other interesting locations near to Villa Bianca Karin are Zadar, Biograd na Moru, Vir, Nin, as well as the islands Pag and Murter. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 23 km far from the property.
Our villa has been awarded with 3 stars. The house includes all the comforts you need, such as air-conditioning, satellite TV, and Free wireless Internet access.
The seaside in Karin gulf is very calm, usually few degree warmer then open see and completely suitable and safe for your children or older family members.

This summer hause offers pleasant accommodation for relaxing holiday. It is near to lots of islands, mountain Velebit, rivers Zrmanja, Karisnica and Bijela as well as the beautiful canyon Zrmanja which is the national nature park and makes this area special and unique. Popular activities are windsurfing in Karin gulf, kayaking and rafting, as well as mountaineering and climbing.
Karin seaside is the second large bay of the Adriatic Sea with many beaches. In Karin seaside flows freshwater waterways that mixing with salt water causing the formation of the healing mud. The biggest watercourse is the river Karišnica, which flows into the bay, and there is also Bijela river.
Near Karin seaside is Zrmanja Canyon (7 km far away) which is one of the most beautiful nature park in Croatia, that attracts many tourists. Zrmanja River is one of the cleanest rivers and It is typical karstic river – it has numerous waterfalls, cascades and rapids on its upper float.

On the road trip through Croatia
Excellent location surrounded by nice trees, beautiful house and warm, friendly, welcoming service in an area of Croatia still to be discovered, but not too far from interesting citied like Zadar and Split. Highly recommended!

Fantastic
The house is fantastic.very clean and well equipped.we spent 2 wonderful weeks here and would book the house again at any time.it is very quietly located and the landlords live right next door.in the Karinmeer you can swim great,but the water has no snorkelling quality.but Tanja and Marco provided us with the best information and so we could still go diving in the "clear water".but you should be mobile because the place is a bit remote.
The booking and processing also went smoothly.
