The fully air-conditioned 78 m² luxury apartment is ideal for couples and families. From the terrace, which is directed to the sea, you can enjoy the morning coffee with a breathtaking view. Another highlight is the large garden, which can only be used by you, with direct beach access, which includes numerous palm trees, olive trees and citrus trees. If the sun is too hot, you will find under these trees an ideal and natural shade dispenser.
For the apartment, the aim of the interior designers was to create as much space as possible and to create a sense of freedom through the play of light, well thought-out and funky furniture and bright color combinations as well as a skilfully installed kitchen. The living room has an open large American-style kitchen. In addition, this kitchen is complemented by a large dining table, which reflects the colors of the kitchen. If attention is paid to the living area, it is divided into a large L-shaped couch from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea through the open large windows. There is also a master bedroom with a king size bed in the first bedroom and a designer double bed in the second bedroom. The apartment is rounded off by the spacious bathroom.

Finca Maslenica:
The romantic Finca Maslenica was built from a cooperation of Croatian architects and Austrian interior designers with great attention to detail. Above all, this cooperation makes this finca so special and unmistakable and is perfect for couples and families. The aim was to make the finca very open, with lots of light and bright colors, to create a feeling of coziness and romance.
Beach:
Each luxurious apartment has a unique and direct sea view. This special position allows you to swim away from the front door. The fine-grained beach in front of the finca is gently sloping and without sea urchins, whereby the daily bathing fun even with small children are no limits.

In addition, you can enjoy a few minutes walk in typical local restaurants (Konobas) Croatian specialties, such as fish or mussels, freshly caught from the sea or even a typical Croatian stone oven pizza and be pampered by the Croatian hospitality. In addition, you can enjoy a coffee at the bars on the promenade and let your mind wander. If you want to cook something yourself in your designer kitchen, there are several supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, where you can shop comfortably.
Trips:
If you have had enough of a beach vacation, then you can make trips to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou location), a 4x4 drive in the National Park Paklenica or a boat trip to round off your holiday. In addition, adventure seekers in Maslenica get their money, on the one hand with a bungee jump jump from the famous Maslenica bridge, on the other hand with a jet ski trip from the nearby boat rental.
For night owls we recommend the nearby harbor town of Zadar with the legendary clubs Ledana and Maraschino.
