Welcome to the Adriane holiday apartment – your little retreat in the heart of Mittenwald, where nature, mountains, and coziness come together. Let your gaze wander from the covered balcony over the majestic Wetterstein mountains and the gentle hills of the Kranzberg – the perfect place to dream with coffee in the morning or to end the day with a glass of wine in the evening.

The apartment itself is lovingly furnished and combines traditional charm with practical comfort. A cozy bedroom with wooden furniture invites you to relax, while the small bathroom with shower and toilet offers a comfortable start to the day. In the living room you will find a sofa bed that provides space for a third or even fourth person if needed, as well as an inviting dining area with a round wooden table and solid chairs – perfect for sociable meals or relaxing hours indoors when it’s chilly outside. The small but well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you will find a coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, four-burner stove, refrigerator with spacious freezer compartment, and microwave – everything you need to feel completely at home and even cook for yourself.

Your adventure begins right outside the front door: hike into the Karwendel, cycle through the valleys, or explore the idyllic surroundings – be active or simply relax, just as you wish. Your bicycles are safely stored in the lockable shed.

Your four-legged companion is of course welcome – just two minutes from the edge of the forest, he can move freely and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Oafach nice, Bavarian, cozy...

We fully agree with the other reviews without any ifs or buts. Silvi and her team make your stay very pleasant; they are discreet in the background and when you need something, they are there immediately. They are an asset to vacation accommodations in Mittenwald! We would love to come back :-)

Delightful quiet place

Easily accessible apartment. You are also quickly on the road if you go on an outing elsewhere.
Nice reception. You really feel welcome.
The apartment has everything you need.
Beds are comfortable. Towels are quickly changed if you put them in the bin by the door.

The perfect vacation

Here, one really feels at home. A warm welcome, attentive service, perfect cleanliness, very quiet and beautiful location right near the Karwendel cable car. The holiday apartment offers everything one needs to relax. The dog was allowed to be there, and that was very nice for him and us. My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful extended weekend. The host, Sylvia Wurmer, is always very friendly, helpful, and happy to provide advice on excursion destinations and hikes. The apartment is impeccably maintained.

What's new is that you receive a voucher in the vacation apartment for the Karwendel for three small beers and a free coffee. So you just have to drive up to the Karwendel, enjoy the sensational view, and simply indulge in the beers and coffee. We had radiant sunshine and it was simply indescribably beautiful. Thank you dear Wurmer family for this great weekend. We will definitely be back.

Here is the guest king? ?

Five stars for the furnishings and cleanliness of the vacation apartment are not enough. There should definitely be more. Everything is present and super clean. You have a great view. The hosts are very nice and uncomplicated. And the price is also completely reasonable. Small details, like the chocolate on the bed with a little card, make the apartment something special. We would book again ANYTIME.

We felt very comfortable. Very nice landlords. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there. Very clean. The only thing I didn't like so much was that you couldn't sit comfortably on the couch because of the very straight backrest (which I discussed with Ms. Wurmer). But that was just my impression.

Dreamlike view.

A beautiful place to relax, with fresh mountain air and a wonderful view of the Wetterstein mountains and over Mittenwald. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was spacious and cozy. Overall, a very good experience and highly recommended!

Very beautiful vacation apartment

The holiday apartment is great. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. The Wurmer family is friendly.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and clean. The location is a dream, quiet, located on the outskirts of Mittenwald, with a great view of the mountains. We would love to come back.

Hiking vacation

The host was very friendly and even offered to help us with milk since we arrived on a Sunday and there was no opportunity to shop. The vacation apartment had everything one needs; it would have been nicer to have a bit more shelf space in the bathroom, and it would be great if the carpet in the bedroom were replaced with a washable surface. But that's complaining at a high level.

The apartment was very well located, with short distances to the train and the city center. We would come back anytime.

beautiful vacation

As a starting point for hikes, ideal, within walking distance to the train station/center. From the terrace, there is a dreamlike view of the Zugspitz region and the village! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, small kitchen, small bathroom, but everything was there! We turned the mattresses to the winter side to lie better (the springs were pressing) but then it was okay. Somewhat getting used to for us were the noises from above that one hears in the bedroom. With earplugs, however, that was no longer a problem. The landlords are very friendly - we felt comfortable and would come back!

Beautiful vacation

We had a very nice vacation in a great vacation rental. The Wurmer family is very welcoming and our dog was also welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything and we were asked if anything was missing. We were very happy about the small welcome gift. It should also be mentioned that the apartment was very clean and beautiful bed linen and towels were provided free of charge. The laundry was changed as needed. Bringing your own laundry is really not necessary. Dear Wurmer family, we thank you for such a wonderful vacation. We were especially happy that our dog Malea was also welcome.

Hiking holiday in Mittenwald with dog

We spent our first holiday in Mittenwald in April and were warmly welcomed by the Wurmer family. We felt comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The flat was beautifully furnished for our taste and absolutely clean. If we hadn't had our dog with us ourselves, you would think that no animal had ever entered the rooms. Great !
We wanted for nothing in the flat, the view of Mittenwald and the mountains from the sunny balcony was wonderful
The accommodation is ideally located, there are many opportunities for hiking right outside the front door or a few minutes away by car. The bus and train connections in Mittenwald are also very good. We were never bored during our stay, also because everything was within walking distance (restaurants, shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, etc.).
All in all, a great holiday, which we will gladly repeat next year with the Wurmer family!
