Description
The group holiday home is located on a 3,000 m² plot in the municipality of 18249 Tarnow OT Zernin, Warnower Str. 35.
There is plenty of space on the property for parking, barbecuing and playing. In the garden there is garden furniture, 2 charcoal grills and parasols.
There are 2 kitchens in the house, each with an electric cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cupboards, work surfaces, sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, coffee machines, kettles and cooking utensils for up to 40 people.
In the group room there are 7 tables and 40 chairs. A 65 " LED satellite TV hangs on the wall.
In addition to the two kitchens and the group room, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms with shower/tub, washbasin and toilet and 9 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Five bedrooms have 2 box spring beds each, which can be placed together or apart. Furthermore, there is 1 wardrobe, 1 table, 2 chairs and a 32 " LED TV hanging on the wall. The bathrooms in the rooms have a large walk-in shower, washbasin, mirrored cabinet and toilet. The other 4 bedrooms each have 2 beds, wardrobe and 32 " Led TV.
On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms, all with separate shower and WC / washbasin. The bedrooms also have 2 box-spring beds, which can be placed separately or together, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs and extra beds.
The spacious outdoor facilities are available to all our guests.

Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed, but must be registered at the time of booking and are subject to an extra fee.
