Description

Welcome to our holiday home by the bathing lake! Our modern 4-star house offers you everything that makes a relaxing holiday. The large sun terrace invites you to relax, sunbathe, barbecue and play. The light-flooded rooms are modern and furnished with love - you will feel at home! The house has 85 sqm of living space - on the ground floor is the open-plan living area with dining area and fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting area, a bedroom with double bed as well as a large shower room and a storage room with washing machine. A large children's room with three single beds and TV as well as a spacious gallery with two sofa beds are located on the upper floor. All rooms have external blinds. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: Washing machine, rotary dryer, microwave, coffee capsule machine, dishwasher, satellite TV (2), DVD player, mini Hi-Fi system, WLAN, hairdryer, additional cot and high chair as well as children's tableware, garden chairs for at least 8 people, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, some books ...

Location and surroundings of object

Our house is located directly at the bathing lake with private bathing bay. A new, modern water ski facility, pedal boats, stand-up paddle boards, a beautiful children's playground, a large sunbathing lawn, a beach chair and beach lounger rental, sanitary facilities with showers, a snack bar and a café are located directly on the white sandy beach of the lake. The bathing lake is supervised by the DLRG - there is a separate bathing area for children. A beautiful riding stable and a fitness studio are within walking distance. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking and cycling. The location at the bathing lake is the ideal starting point to the many sights of East Frisia, to the beautiful city of Aurich with its inviting pedestrian zone and nice restaurants and cafes, to the Eternal Sea, the North Sea coast with its beautiful seaside resorts, lighthouses, the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, which invite you to a day trip. A great fun pool, a skating hall and a large climbing forest are only a few kilometres away. For children there is a very nice animal park in Rechtsupweg (Birgits Tiergarten) with approx. 400 animals and a petting enclosure on approx. 28000 sqm.

Vacation at the North Sea

We stayed in this house for 5 days and it really lacked nothing. We felt super comfortable and the location of the house is a dream. I can really only recommend taking a few days off there. We will be happy to come back :)

Dreamily beautiful?

Deeply impressed by the loving furnishings and harmony of the house, it left nothing to be desired. Everything you can think of is available. Super well maintained and clean. We had a lot of fun visiting our family in Aurich. Also worth mentioning is the private beach. It's amazing??!!!!!!! We will always choose this house when we are in Aurich. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Impeccable and beautifully located

Super nice holiday home with almost everything your heart desires. Unfortunately, for the region, there is no covered terrace, which would be the only shortcoming, if any.

Communication with the landlords is fantastic, as it can only be. We had wonderful days, even without Wi-Fi ;)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

A very clean and lovingly furnished holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. From the terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the greenery and the bathing lake. We felt very comfortable here for 9 days.

Successful holiday

We spent a week over Easter with the Klassen family in their wonderful and cozy house. We felt extremely comfortable, lacked nothing. The house is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We grilled and there were even children's games on-site. The location of the house is fantastic with a view of the bathing lake. We would love to come back. Thank you very much to the Klassen family. We were six people in the house.

Top Ferienhaus

We had a very nice short vacation here. The holiday home is absolutely top equipped and very clean. We felt very comfortable in your house. So we got many tips for activities in the area from the folder provided. Unfortunately, due to Corona, some things were restricted. But we also really liked the resort itself with its own beach and waterski facility. Conclusion: Keep it up and stay healthy. We would love to come back.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Dear Family Klaaßen,
that was a really great vacation!!! We saw and experienced a lot!!! The house is simply top-notch - nothing is missing. The lake is just a dream, with many play areas, separate sections for adults and kids, playground and so much more... Our children also really enjoyed it - they could really let off steam. We had a wonderful vacation!

The lake is really great and totally clean, the Baywatch girls and boys are very attentive and nice :-) The children's entertainment at the lake is excellent, horseback riding, crafting, children's Olympics, children's cinema and much more... The lake also offers advantages for the older generation, a nice beach bar and a great water skiing facility. The house truly leaves nothing to be desired and was completely adequate for our group of 5 in terms of space, very clean, well-maintained, nicely furnished, and up to date technologically. Nothing was missing here! We spent a day on Norderney and also visited the North Sea, which is just around the corner and easily reachable by car in no time. We will definitely come back!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful short break! The house leaves nothing to be desired, everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained, tastefully decorated and equipped down to the smallest detail. Our children (9 and 11 years old) were especially thrilled with "their" floor and didn't want to go back home. There is a lot to do in the area and the bathing lake with beach bar and water skiing facility is great - you don't need the sea anymore when the weather is good :)
Hopefully, this was not our last stay!
