Villa Ana is a house with two apartments. The apartments are modern. Each apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the National Park Paklenica (Velebit) and the islands of Pag and Vir. Each apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pool (18 m2) with sun deck and lounge chairs. The apartments are located 1500m from the beach. 100m from the apartment is a small market, a 5 km restaurants, post office, doctor and pharmacy. On the ground floor lives the owner. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets. Kitchens are fully equipped. In the living room there are extra beds and TV.

Location and surroundings of object
Jovići are located 20 km north of Zadar, a town rich in cultural and historical sights. Distance from the town of Pag 20km. see all the way to the national park Paklenica, islands of Pag and Vir. National Parks Plitvice and Krka are only 1h highway driving. Kornati National Park is possible to visit at the tourist boat from Zadar. The possibility of rafting on the river Zrmanja away cca30km of obijetka, discovering the sites from the movie Winnetou. Bike paths for mountain bike. Jovići are away from Sibenik, about 1 hour highway driving, 2h from Split and reefs.

Dreamlike beautiful
We have already visited quite a few holiday flats, flats and holiday houses. We spontaneously decided on the upper of the 2 flats and after a very friendly and quick communication with the landlord, we immediately received the confirmation.
The location is great, you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. The evening drink at sunset is indescribable. The seclusion and the proximity to Zadar and Pag (30 minutes by car) are just great. In the village itself there is a small shop with the most important things, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Larger supermarkets and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away by car. There are numerous beaches, from the beautiful stone beach in Razanac in 5 minutes to various others (sand/stone) easily accessible by car in 10-15 minutes
But now to the most important thing!
We were absolutely thrilled by the cleanliness and the friendly hosts. We had never seen such clean and well-maintained accommodation and facilities before. The equipment is more than complete and there is really nothing missing. The kettle was like new from the shop, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine (even an ice cube machine ;-)
The pool is covered daily and cleaned regularly. In the pool house next door it has the possibility to use the fintess equipment. A lush stone barbecue also invites you to eat. The hosts lovingly take care of the facility and even more heartily of their guests
Absolute reference and in the truest sense of the word a "giver" of guests

First trip to Croatia and directly a lucky hit
We booked quite spontaneously and when we arrived I was overwhelmed. Such a beautiful house, fully equipped with everything you need. We felt like we were at home
The house owners are very nice and helpful but not intrusive, one day they cooked for the house guests which was very tasty. You can talk to them in a few languages: German, English and a bit of Russian, maybe more languages!
The area is very quiet, small shops are nearby about 100-200m. Restaurants are in the neighbouring towns. We travelled through the area and tested many beaches, especially the sandy beaches in Nin, Vir and Stara Novalia. We will come back again.

Dream holiday
Beautiful flat with great pool, brilliant sea view, small but beautiful and quiet beach, excellent hospitality, an all-round wonderful holiday ! Everything is even more beautiful in reality than it is shown on the pictures !
