Villa Ana is a house with two apartments. The apartments are modern. Each apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the National Park Paklenica (Velebit) and the islands of Pag and Vir. Each apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pool (18 m2) with sun deck and lounge chairs. The apartments are located 1500m from the beach. 100m from the apartment is a small market, a 5 km restaurants, post office, doctor and pharmacy. On the ground floor lives the owner. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets. Kitchens are fully equipped. In the living room there are extra beds and TV.

Location and surroundings of object
Jovići are located 20 km north of Zadar, a town rich in cultural and historical sights. Distance from the town of Pag 20km. see all the way to the national park Paklenica, islands of Pag and Vir. National Parks Plitvice and Krka are only 1h highway driving. Kornati National Park is possible to visit at the tourist boat from Zadar. The possibility of rafting on the river Zrmanja away cca30km of obijetka, discovering the sites from the movie Winnetou. Bike paths for mountain bike. Jovići are away from Sibenik, about 1 hour highway driving, 2h from Split and reefs.

Relaxed holiday, great accommodation, mega hospitable
We as a small family were guests/tenants in the flat Vila Ana 2 for almost 2 weeks in mid-August 2017 and I must say, we were completely thrilled. On the day of our arrival, we were hospitably welcomed by the Jovic family and invited to a barbecue the same evening. More such nice evenings with fish, meat and wine followed. Here we also received valuable tips for our holiday again and again. This newly built holiday home with its modern flats is located in the village of Jovici, near Razanac, on a small hill and was exactly what we were looking for for our holiday, quietly situated but still within easy reach of many places. As it is known to be very warm here in July and August, there is a fitted kitchen, all electrical appliances and sufficient crockery, as well as 2 air-conditioning units, which make it easier to fall asleep late at night. It is also great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. You don't need to worry about towels or bedding either, everything is available. We also found the large terrace very nice, where we could enjoy the great view of the southern Velebit with the bay in front of it during breakfast in the morning, and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Outside, on the property, there is a large pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, which invite you to relax if you don't want to visit the beautiful harbour town of Zadar by car (which you do need here), the small communities in the surrounding area, the beautiful bays for swimming, or one of the nearby national parks (Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice Lakes). Since we were not able to explore all these beautiful corners during our holiday this year, we will come back next year. Definitely!

Simply perfect!
We were warmly welcomed by the landlord, Mr. Jovic and his wife, as soon as we arrived. He showed us everything and gave us valuable tips, great attraction folders, and explained the village of Razanac and the surrounding area. two friends of ours were in the vicinity and were even allowed to stay with us for one night, without any problems. We were also invited for dinner on the last day of our holiday, so nice. They made it extra for us on Friday night, as we were already leaving on Saturday night. Normally they do the barbecue every Saturday. It was so delicious! Grilled fish with salad and wine, and a delicious dessert. Really fabulous! We had all, really never experienced such hospitality before. We can really recommend the flat Vila Ana 100%! We will definitely come back again, as everything was just perfect!

UNIQUE HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE!
We stayed in the Vila Ana apartment in Razanac, Croatia for 1 week. 4 people, from July 29th to August 5th. I looked at several apartments, but then stumbled upon this one by chance and contacted Mr. Jovic. I immediately received a friendly response, saying that we could rent the apartment for this week. Since it was a spontaneous vacation for us, I wasn't sure if it was too last minute, but it was no problem at all. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We only had to make a deposit, the rest could be paid on site. The apartment is very nice, secluded, in a very quiet area. Everything in the village of Razanac is easy to reach, but I would definitely recommend a car (possibly rental). We had our own car and were able to see a lot. Just a 10-minute drive away is a nice town where you can find everything you need. Supermarket, a few different restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Starigrad Paklenica. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the sea. The accommodation has everything you need, lovingly furnished. Kitchen with everything you need, coffee machine, stove, dishwasher, dishes, really excellently equipped. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the Paklenica National Park. It is also only 30 minutes by car to the beautiful old town of Zadar with many shopping opportunities and great restaurants. The apartment also has a great pool that is available to both apartments. There is also a sandbox for the little ones. A washing machine is also there, I find that really great with a clothes rack. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, a living room with 2 sofa beds.
