Description
In Starigrad Paklenica, where you can also directly to the Paklenica National Park, we operate with our good German knowledge since 2007 with the four houses built right on the sea with swimming pool, the privately run holiday complex "Adriatic Paradise" which has a total of 13 diverse apartments! Among the 13 apartments on the complex there is 3x 1-room apartments-studios, 5x 2- room apartments and 5x 3-room apartments / flats with a large terrace or depending on the type of apartments / Stuidos a cozy comfortable balcony with seating while without seeing the other guest directly or disturbing and that have 100% sea view and mountains.

The facility is equipped with a large community terrace front to the sea, with tables and chairs for guests' stay a day and in the evening, two barbecues, a small grill and a large stone oven grill, for guests who make a nice barbecue want. A pool filled with sea water with shower to shower off, parallel to the pool a children / baby pool is for swimming fun of non-swimmers! At our facility also has a private beach with a shower, plus sun loungers and parasols for each guest, and anchorages in the sea for guests who have their own boat and bring it want, and for all guests is a secure car parking area.

a tourism site is Starigrad about 60 years ago when the Paklenica in 1949 declared a national park, has become! His story of the great mountain-mountain, the Velebit means and its forests, see information below and including the area goes very far back into the past. The evidence was found in its prehistoric archaeological finds that have been made here. There are also old lovely stone houses that still belong to other families that are about 500 years old and is protected by UNESCO and in a bedroom for tourists in visiting the national park just down the entrance or top of the Paklenica 800 m height offer! Super location
We were guests in Apartment 5 at Adria Paradies for 2 weeks in September 2024. The apartment is practically furnished. Clean with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The entire facility is great with access to the sea. Wonderful view of the sea and surroundings. The host Marinko and his mother are very nice and helpful. Aichinger Karl.

Very nice, family holiday resort .........
Very clean and well-maintained holiday complex where we felt comfortable every day. The very friendly and familiar atmosphere, the helpfulness and warmth with which you are welcomed accompanies you throughout your holiday. This holiday resort can be recommended without reservation. Relaxed and restful time with friendly hosts
During our search for a private vacation rental in Croatia directly by the sea, we became aware of ADRIA PARADIES. And, curious as we were after the many positive reviews and beautiful pictures, we booked right away.
After a relaxing car ride to Starigrad Paklenika on new highways and very well-developed coastal roads, Marinko warmly welcomed us and showed us the vacation rental.
The living area is combined with a kitchen and is adequately equipped with all utensils. We had breakfast on the accompanying large and unobstructed terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the neighboring island of Pag.
From a large communal terrace with a swimming pool and shower, the private access leads directly to the clean, clear sea via a few stone steps. How pleasant it is to go from the apartment to the terrace in swimwear and jump into the sea! There are plenty of sun loungers available free of charge on the terraced complex, including in pleasant, shaded spots. A coffee machine provided and a selection of cold drinks and various ice cream flavors were very welcome. The descriptions and images of the complex are very fitting, and we were able to enjoy all the advantages during our 14-day stay.
Marinko gave us valuable tips for all our questions, for nearby restaurants, and for excursions into the wonderful nature with beautiful views.
Thank you very much, Marinko, Nena, and Ilija, for the warm welcome, the friendliness, and for a relaxing and restful time. And when we plan another vacation in Croatia, we will gladly choose ADRIA PARADIES again.

12 wonderful days in paradise
After 2008, in September 2014, we spent twelve wonderful days in the holiday resort of Marinko and his family. The houses are located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Stalingrad. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The houses and apartments are very well maintained. One highlight is certainly the huge communal terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. As well as the private beach area with plenty of sun loungers, also in the shade.
If there were any questions or requests, someone was always available and provided quick help and support.
Overall, it was a very great and relaxed vacation with very, very nice hosts.
We will definitely come back!

Great location, right on the water, nice and friendly landlords, very helpful and accommodating, everything you need is available. Everything is very clean, only a few minutes' walk to the town center, drinks and ice cream available for self-service on one of the beautiful terraces. Barbecues invite you to sit together comfortably.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne saubere, gepflegte Umgebung, netter kleiner Ort, höfliche hilfsbereite Leute.
free time activities: Fahrrad fahren, wandern, klettern, schwimmen, sonnenbaden direkt fussläufig von der Anlage. Der Nationalpark ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
shopping facilities: Fussläufig sind kleinere Supermärkte erreichbar in denen mal alles bekommt.
