This 2-room non-smoking holiday flat (45 sqm) with a large balcony on the 2nd floor of Haus Buskam (number 29) is in the best location in Goehren
Ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. Price depending on season in low season from 35 € per day, 3 nights minimum stay. High season 95 €, 7 nights minimum stay. Fully equipped kitchen with new induction hob and oven (3/2020) toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. Limited sea view from the bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (160x200) whose mattresses have just been bought new in March 2020. In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe. In the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, a pull-out couch (160x200) on which one adult or two younger children can sleep comfortably, a coffee table and armchair, as well as TV, compact stereo with CD player, Bluetooth, USB and free Wi-Fi.
There are also books, games and some CDs for all ages. The large south-west-facing balcony has a cosy seating area and a sun lounger
The location of the flat could hardly be better: Only about 200 m to the kilometre-long, fine sandy beach. Best water quality! In addition, an excellent infrastructure awaits you: ice cream parlours, restaurants of a very pleasing quality, shops nearby, even the well-known Globetrotter cocktail bar is just around the corner. Nevertheless, the flat is wonderfully quiet.
It is only about 300 m to the terminus of the Rasenden Roland, the famous steam train of Rügen, which travels from Göhren via Sellin and Binz to Putbus at a leisurely pace. By the way, Göhren is located on the Mönchgut peninsula in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. Wonderful excursion destinations by bike are Moritzdorf on the Bodden, the Thiessow market, Großzicker with the Pfarrwitwenhaus and much more. The use of the bus line "Buskam" is free of charge with the spa card.
Infant equipment is available if required: Travel cot, high chair and handcart are waiting for use in the cellar. The three bicycles are in our cellar with combination locks (9091).
Washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar for a usage fee.
A dog or cat can be brought along. Of course, the animals are not allowed on the couch or beds.
We have rented a parking space for you, which is only 3-4 minutes away from the flat. For loading and unloading, you can park for a short time directly in front of the house.
Tip: Travelling by train or bus is completely unproblematic. With a bit of luck you can get good deals, a train ride from Munich to Binz for €29 (from there continue by bus or taxi), the price for Flixbus directly to Göhren is about €28 from Munich, but it takes a bit longer. In any case, it's worth considering whether the stress of driving is worth it.
Linen packages (towels, tea towels, shower mats and bed linen) can be added if required for €18.50 per package. Please let us know in good time if necessary. Please bring your own bath towels for the beach

Beautiful winter days on Rügen
We found everything we needed for a few nice days in the apartment. The proximity to the beach makes it ideal for dog owners, especially in the off-season. We used the free passes for the bath every evening, a wonderful extra. Grocery stores and dining options are in the neighborhood, although most are closed for vacation in February. We will come back.

Superschöne, ruhige Wohnung in fantastischer Lage!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Toplage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann das Meer vom Schlafzimmer aus sehen. Es sind nur 5 Gehminuten zum herrlichen Strand, zur Seebrücke und Bernsteinpromenade. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in kürzester Zeit zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist mit Sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet.Sehr gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub brauch. Zum Strand hat man es auch nicht weit. Eine schöne ruhige Lage zum erholen. Fahrräder und das Schwimmbad in Selien inklusiv , fand ich super toll und möchte mich im Namen meiner Familie recht herzlich bedanken.

Ich kann mich den anderen Kommentaren nur anschließen, dieses strandnahe Apartment ist eines der Besten, wenn nicht sogar DAS Beste in ganz Göhren. Ich mache selbst schon seit Jahren Urlaub in Göhren und habe dieses Jahr das erste Mal eine neue Unterkunft ausprobiert. In Zukunft werde ich nur noch in diesem Apartment meinen Urlaub verbringen! Superschöne, ruhige und zentrale Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl in einer solch sauberen Wohnung und kann alles bestens zu Fuß erledigen. Alle Geschäfte, Cafes und sogar die Cocktailbar liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr beeindruckt war ich von den tollen Fahrrädern, damit machen Radtouren richtig Spaß. Die Strandspaziergänge waren extrem erholsam.

Großartig für eine Auszeit
Die traumhafte Wohnung liegt im Herzen des kleinen Örtchens Buskam. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und außerordentlich gepflegt und ruhig. Alles was man braucht, ist direkt um die Ecke, vom Bäcker, über den Rewe bis zum Restaurant alles nur ein paar Schritte entfernt... Ebenso wie die Uferpromenade natürlich! Ein Traum!

Pure relaxation
The reception and the handing over of the keys was very friendly and uncomplicated. The flat is comfortably furnished, clean, quietly located and yet not far from the beach and the train station of the Rasenden Roland. With the bicycles belonging to the flat we could comfortably explore the surroundings and our car stayed in the car park. We had a very good rest.

Haus Buskam, Wohnung 29
Dieses Ferienheim ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Es liegt sehr günstig, eine Minute von der Hauptstraße mit allen Geschäften und Gaststätten und doch ruhig.
Der Grundriss ist praktisch für verschiedene Gruppen von Besuchern. Obwohl es nur ein Schlafzimmer hat, kann es bequem 4 Leute unterbringen. 2 im Schlafzimmer und 2 im Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist in einem Gang getrennt von beiden Zimmern.
Der Balkon ist groß mit schönem blick auf den Garten und anderen Balkons auf den Garten. Wir haben fast jeden Abend dort Abendgegessen, und die Wolken ziehen sehen.
Für ältere Leute ist es vielleicht ein Nachteil, daß die Wohnung auf dem zweiten Stockwerk liegt. Aber meine Freundin und ich sind beide 75 und konnten gut die bequemen Treppen steigen.
Ich lebe in einem anderen Ferienparadies…auf Hawaii. Aber Rügen und diese Ferienwohnung sind zauberhaft und können leicht mitmachen mit Feriengebieten in Hawaii.

This vacation home is highly recommendable.
It has a very practical location. It is a minute walk from the main road with all the shops and restaurants and yet it is quiet.
The layout is practical for different kinds of groups: Though it has only 1 bedroom it easily accommodates 4 persons: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The bathroom is accessible to both rooms without interference.
It is very modern, bright and cheerful, spic and span, and the kitchen is well-equipped and layed-out and has a dishwasher.
The balcony is large with a nice view down into a garden and of a few other balconies surrounding the garden. We had dinner every night on the balcony, watching the clouds and the rooftops.
For older persons, there is a possible drawback. It is on the third (in Germany 2nd) floor with out an elevator. However, my friend and I are both 75 and had no problem navigating the comfortable stairs.
I live in another vacation paradise, Hawaii. But Rügen and this apartment are beautiful and can compete with places in Hawaii.

Beautiful holiday home
Hello all
I spent a few beautiful days in the flat this summer. The furnishings were exactly to my taste, modern and stylish. The price-performance ratio was insane, and compared to other flats and houses, a real bargain. My wife was also completely convinced by the flat, as the way to the beach was only 4 minutes! Hundefreundliche Wohnung
Wir waren zu dritt + Hund in der Wohnung und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der große überdachte Balkon hat zum täglichen Frühstück selbst bei Regen eingeladen.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorfeld war sehr nett und angenehm.
Hunde sind in Göhren sehr willkommen und können problemlos in Restaurants mitgenommen werden. Im Ort ist alles wichtige vorhanden und der Strand fußläufig von der Wohnung erreichbar, sodass wir eine Woche lang auf das Auto verzichten konnten.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Strand und Geschäfte um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist modern, ansprechend und komplett eingerochtet. Bewonders der überdachte Balkon ist für laue Sommerabende zu empfehlen. Die Räder sind modern und in allerbestem Zusatnd. Für kleine Gäste wäre auch ein Bollerwagen und ein Hochstuhl da gewesen- stehen aber nicht in der Wohnung rum, sondern waren, wiel,wir keine Kinder dabei hatten, im Kellerabteil . Außerdem ist der Verwalter äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, es ist alles da um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen und sich dort selbst zu versorgen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr bemüht alles für einen tollen Aufenthalt zu tun, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schicke Ferienwohnung in Göhren
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet und durch die Zentrums Nahe Lage unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei Familie Steinhaus für die gute Betreuung im Vorfeld.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser liebevoll und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der riesige Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die Betten sind klasse und das Badezimmer und die Küche top ausgestattet.
Von der Wohnung aus ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Das macht den Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Ort Göhren wirklich erholsam.
Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen bei Fragen.
Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal auf Rügen.

Urlaub ohne Auto
Aufgrund der absolut günstigen, d.h. zentralen und dennoch ruhigen Lage dieser Ferienwohnung kann man auf das Auto verzichten. Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind praktisch "vor der Haustür". Ausstattung (sehr gute Betten), Preis/Leistung und auch der Service (Schlüsselübergabe jederzeit nach Rücksprache möglich, Vermieter jederzeit kontaktierbar) verdienen die volle Punktzahl. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die man jedem weiter empfehlen kann.

Closeness to nature and comfort
The bright flat in a quiet but central location is very well maintained, modern and functionally furnished.
It is easy to reach by train and bus.
The spa promenade and beach, restaurants and all shops are nearby
Bicycles are highly recommended for excursions. The network of cycle paths is well developed.
The large, covered balcony in particular contributes to the feel-good atmosphere.

We live with our 3 sons (17,18 and 20 years old) in Bavaria south of Munich. Since we feel very close to the sea and northern Germany, we have chosen this holiday flat. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing of the flat so that you will feel comfortable all around. You will find games, books, CDs and all kinds of suggestions for leisure activities, and if required, bicycles and equipment for small children (baby travel cot with bedding, high chair and trolley) are also available. If we have overlooked anything important, please let us know.
