Welcome to Villa Buskam !
Dear guests, we would like to invite you to spend wonderful days of relaxation, harmony and joie de vivre in our holiday flat "Majas Meerblick". Our modernly furnished 2-room holiday flat is in a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Goehren, only about 250 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the pier. The non-smoking holiday flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac only 50 metres away from the promenade of the Baltic seaside resort with all its restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlours and other shopping facilities. The tasteful and well-kept furnishing of our holiday flat is just as important to us as the cordial contact with our guests. We are looking forward to welcoming you !
The 45 sqm flat has a huge covered balcony with sea view and XXL beach chair and thus always offers a weather-independent opportunity to stay in the fresh air.
The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, a cosy dining table with double sea view, chest of drawers and flat screen TV. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included.
When the sofa bed is used, there are blackout blinds and curtains for a peaceful sleep. The lovingly and comfortably furnished living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of cosy seating.
From the cosy dining area you also have a beautiful view of the sea through the window. The dining table with three chairs can be extended if necessary and offers the possibility to have sociable meals.
In the living room there is a chest of drawers for storage and in the hallway there is a three-door wardrobe for your clothes - everything fits in there!
The kitchen is separate and separated from the living room by a door. It is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
In the modern and cosy bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, you can relax from the day's adventures (there are blackout curtains here as well).
The shower room offers enough space to feel comfortable here as well. There is enough storage space and if you ever want to do a machine colourful, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the laundry room of the house for a small fee.
There is a bicycle cellar in the house for your bicycles. If you wish, you can also use our robust bicycles with 7-speed gears free of charge.

Villa Buskam is located in Katharinenstraße, approx. 250 m from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Göhren.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes are located on Strandstraße, the promenade of the Baltic seaside resort, which is only about 50 m away.
The flat has its own parking space 150 m away. For loading and unloading, you can stop briefly directly in front of the house, it is a quiet cul-de-sac.

Apartment ?, Location ? and Landlord ? - everything worthwhile recommending ?
We were in the vacation apartment for the first time and felt very comfortable right away. It was a nice, relaxing holiday. The apartment is quietly situated, clean, and nicely furnished. On the large balcony, you have sun and two sea views during breakfast. Bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants are "just around the corner." The apartment includes a parking space, which is not directly at the house but very quick to reach on foot. The contact with the landlords is friendly and straightforward, and the rent price is reasonable.

Relaxing vacation
A very nice, well-maintained holiday apartment. The covered balcony invites you to have breakfast in the sun in the morning. The location is great, central yet quiet. We will definitely book the apartment again on our next visit to Rügen.

We have been enjoying our vacation in Göhren for many years. This means not only many culinary delights, sea air, and nudism but also always activity. This year we had a very nice holiday apartment with a view of the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Relaxing timeout with a sea view
The holiday apartment is beautifully furnished, has a good layout, and offers a great partial sea view on the large balcony. In the mornings, the sun shines, so you have a wonderful place to have breakfast. The bus stop, bakery, and the REWE market for supplies are practically around the corner, you don't need a car! So feel comfortable and enjoy the beach!

Super Urlaub
We were at the vacation rental for the first time and immediately felt very comfortable. Everything clean, good location, and you can see the sea from the balcony, great. Shopping opportunities, bakery, ice cream parlor, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has its own parking space, which is not directly in front of the house but can be reached quickly on foot in 5 minutes. And the contact with the landlord is quick and uncomplicated. We will definitely go back there.
