Description
Located centrally, yet in a quiet area, we offer you our comfortably furnished holiday apartment all year round. The apartment is on the upper floor of a single-family house in the town center. Only an 8 - 10 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Koserow, with restaurants, playgrounds, and a bakery very close by.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a cozy sitting area and TV. The small kitchen has everything you need: a pantry kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave, crockery, etc., as well as a small seating area. The bathroom with tub is large and bright. All rooms lead off from a separate hallway. The apartment has a separate entrance and is a completely self-contained unit. Parking on the street in front of our house is free. In the outdoor area, there is a covered barbecue corner for cozy gatherings. A child safety gate is available.
The holiday apartment is designed for 4 - 5 people + 1 baby.
A children's high chair and a travel cot are also available.

Beautiful vacation
We spent a few lovely vacation days here. The accommodation has everything you need for daily needs. Everything is lovingly furnished. The accommodation is clean and tidy. We can recommend the accommodation with a good conscience. The landlords are nice, and you can have a good conversation with them.

Every year again?
In 2017, we were looking for short-term accommodation for 2-3 nights. What can I say, this year we were already for the 7th time in our now 2nd home on vacation.
The vacation rental is centrally located, it's about 500 m to the beach, and just a few steps to the bakery. Karls Erdbeerhof, the supermarket, and the train station are also within walking distance. Koserow is a beautiful place where we always discover something new.
The vacation rental itself is equipped with everything you need in a holiday accommodation.
The hosts are friendly and always helpful if you have a question or request.
We are already looking forward to the next summer when we can finally vacation there again.

Summer vacation 2022
The warm welcome, care and family atmosphere cannot be topped, the accommodation is located in a super central area, is very clean and very functionally furnished. The stairs going up were a bit steep for a friend, but that is the only tiniest point of criticism. We will go back there again this summer 2023 and look forward to it.

Ferienwohnung
During the Corona period, we were able to rent this great little stylish holiday apartment for 8 days. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The beach is not far away. The landlords live on the ground floor, they were also super friendly and you could have good conversations with them. It was a really great vacation. We would love to come back.

Looking for a vacation rental and found it here!
We booked this holiday accommodation for the 2nd time and would/ will do it again. The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated people. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. We didn't miss anything here. Although the rooms are located in the landlords' house, you have your own space and peace here. So happy to come back again.
