Description
In a central but quiet location, we offer you our cosily furnished holiday flat all year round. The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a detached house in the centre of the village. It is only a 8-10 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Koserow. Restaurants, a playground and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday flat has 2 bedrooms with a cosy sitting area and TV. The small kitchen has everything you need pantry kitchen with fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave, dishes, etc. and a small sitting area. The bathroom with bathtub is large and bright. All rooms lead off from a separate hallway. The holiday flat has a separate entrance and is a completely self-contained flat. The parking space on the street in front of our house is free of charge. In the outdoor area there is a covered barbecue corner for a cosy get-together. A child safety gate is available.
The holiday flat is designed for 4 persons + 2 small children.
A high chair, cot and travel cot are also available.

Every year again?
In 2017, we were looking for short-term accommodation for 2-3 nights. What can I say, this year we were already for the 7th time in our now 2nd home on vacation.
The vacation rental is centrally located, it's about 500 m to the beach, and just a few steps to the bakery. Karls Erdbeerhof, the supermarket, and the train station are also within walking distance. Koserow is a beautiful place where we always discover something new.
The vacation rental itself is equipped with everything you need in a holiday accommodation.
The hosts are friendly and always helpful if you have a question or request.
We are already looking forward to the next summer when we can finally vacation there again.

Summer vacation 2022
The warm welcome, care and family atmosphere cannot be topped, the accommodation is located in a super central area, is very clean and very functionally furnished. The stairs going up were a bit steep for a friend, but that is the only tiniest point of criticism. We will go back there again this summer 2023 and look forward to it.

Wir konnten in der Coronazeit für 8 Tage diese tolle kleine schicke Ferienwohnung anmieten.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss, diese waren auch super freundlich und man konnte sich mit ihnen gut unterhalten. Es war win super toller Urlaub. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen

Ferienwohnung gesucht und hier gefunden!
Diese Ferienunterkunft haben wir zum 2. mal gebucht und würden/ werden es auch wieder tun. Die Vermieter
sind sehr nette und unkomplizierte Leute. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Küche
und Bad sind komplett ausgestattet. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl die Zimmer im Hause der Vermieter gelegen sind, hat man hier sein eigenes Reich und auch seine Ruhe. Also immer wieder gerne.

Vollkommen ausreichend.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Manch einer würde sich vielleicht dran stören,das es kein sepperaten Eingang zur Wohnung gibt. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett gewesen. Man kann diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
