Description
From your accommodation, it is a 10-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Koserow. A children's playground is available in the street, approx. 5 min walk.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
The bungalow is located in the courtyard area of the property in the centre of the village, it is approx. 44 m² in size.
The accommodation is completely heatable. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a cot and a wardrobe. In the living area there is a cosy sitting area with a sleeping function and a TV. The kitchen area in the living area has everything you need, pantry kitchen with fridge and freezer, 2 hotplate cooker, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker
A high chair for children is also available. The parking place is free of charge. In the outdoor area there is a covered barbecue corner for a cosy get-together.

Location and surroundings of object
The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Koserow has a wonderful, central location. It lies roughly in the middle of the Usedom Baltic coast. It is also striking because it is the narrowest part of Usedom. On one side lies the Achterwasser and on the other the Baltic Sea, separated only by a main road and a dyke. Anyone who goes there can guess why the artist Otto Niemeyer-Holstein built his studio on the shore of the Achterwasser. If you breathe in and out deeply and linger here, you will feel the burden of everyday life fall away and deep relaxation spread. Koserow not only shines with its white beaches, green meadows and forests, but also with the "Streckelsberg". A hill that offers a breathtaking view of the sea when you climb it. Varied gastronomy facilities, as well as shopping and entertainment facilities can be found here. Karls Erlebnis-Dorf" (Karl's adventure village) on the B111, which promises lots of fun and action, opened in spring 2016. There is also a lot going on at Christmas and New Year's Eve on our island of Usedom, so celebrate the turn of the year at the pier in Koserow.

All in all, great
What should I say, we felt very comfortable, the bungalow is small but nice. Silvana and Thomas are such wonderful and warm-hearted people; if there were more than 5 stars, I would have given more stars. Thank you for the great days. Mathias, Sandra, Ben, Finn, and Wilma.

Come every year!
We come here every year and feel very comfortable. The hosts are very nice and friendly, check-in and check-out works perfectly. The accommodation offers everything you need, nothing is missing. We are already looking forward to next year!
