Description
The flat house, newly built in 2005, is located directly on the promenade between the towns of Bansin and Heringsdorf with direct access to the beach.
Our flat no. 19 is located on the 2nd floor (top floor), is 69 sqm in size and is modern and comfortably furnished for 4 people. A complete kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and extractor bonnet to the outside, as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery,
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler are of course part of the equipment. There is also an ironing board and a steam iron.
All floors are tiled
The large balcony of 12 sqm is equipped with light metal balcony furniture with seat cushions.
In the living room there is a SAT 50" HD flat screen TV- with Blue Ray player, as well as a Hi Fi system with CD player. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200)
The lying surface is at seat height
Pleated blinds provide the desired privacy, the blackout curtains provide the desired darkness for sleeping.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. A SAT 32" HD flat screen TV is also part of the bedroom, as are blackout curtains.
The bathroom with shower and large washstand is spacious and has a large window to the balcony. Sufficient storage space, a hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available.
All windows have pleated blinds on the inside and insect screens on the outside.
The flat was completely renovated at the end of 2015
Wi-Fi access and telephone calls to the German landline network are free of charge. However, there is no legal claim to this service.
An underground parking space with heated garage entrance in winter; a bicycle storage room; and a lift from the underground parking level to the residential floors are available. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room on the ground floor.

Location and surroundings of object
You only have to cross the promenade to the sandy beach.
The flat faces northwest, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony.
On the opposite side of the street there is a bicycle rental and beach chair rental.
You can also rent bicycles from the landlord.
You can reach the centres of Bansin and Heringsdorf in just a few minutes on foot.

Ocean Waves SS 19 on the 2nd floor.
Good facilities, clean, and a great location right on the promenade, quiet area. An underground parking space is ideal, with an elevator up to the apartment floor FW 19 on the 2nd floor. We will definitely come back.

The sound of the sea
Very beautifully located holiday apartment with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The sea can be seen from the terrace/window and of course also heard. Very convenient - parking space for cars in the underground garage. Have been coming here for many years, often twice a year......

The holiday apartment is top equipped, modern, very spacious, and was very clean. Very nice the large balcony. Underground parking and bicycle storage available.

Relaxing on Usedom
We always enjoy coming back to the "Meeresrauschen" house and can highly recommend it. The property is very quiet, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, in close proximity to the beach. The apartment is decorated very lovingly.

Autumn holidays with the sound of the sea
Quietly located, modern, and fully equipped holiday apartment in close proximity to the Baltic Sea. Very nice view from the large balcony over the Baltic Sea. Free Wi-Fi. Beach access only a few meters from the house. We were thrilled.
