Description
The flat house, newly built in 2005, is located directly on the promenade between the towns of Bansin and Heringsdorf with direct access to the beach.
Our flat no. 19 is located on the 2nd floor (top floor), is 69 sqm in size and is modern and comfortably furnished for 4 people. A complete kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and extractor bonnet to the outside, as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery,
Coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler are of course part of the equipment. There is also an ironing board and a steam iron.
All floors are tiled
The large balcony of 12 sqm is equipped with light metal balcony furniture with seat cushions.
In the living room there is a SAT 50" HD flat screen TV- with Blue Ray player, as well as a Hi Fi system with CD player. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200)
The lying surface is at seat height
Pleated blinds provide the desired privacy, the blackout curtains provide the desired darkness for sleeping.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. A SAT 32" HD flat screen TV is also part of the bedroom, as are blackout curtains.
The bathroom with shower and large washstand is spacious and has a large window to the balcony. Sufficient storage space, a hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available.
All windows have pleated blinds on the inside and insect screens on the outside.
The flat was completely renovated at the end of 2015
Wi-Fi access and telephone calls to the German landline network are free of charge. However, there is no legal claim to this service.
An underground parking space with heated garage entrance in winter; a bicycle storage room; and a lift from the underground parking level to the residential floors are available. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room on the ground floor.

Location and surroundings of object
You only have to cross the promenade to the sandy beach.
The flat faces northwest, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony.
On the opposite side of the street there is a bicycle rental and beach chair rental.
You can also rent bicycles from the landlord.
You can reach the centres of Bansin and Heringsdorf in just a few minutes on foot.

Urlaub Familie
Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, modern, sehr geräumig und war sehr sauber. Sehr schön der große Balkon. Tiefgarage und Fahrradraum vorhanden.
Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Relaxen auf Usedom
Wir kommen immer wieder gern ins Haus "Meeresrauschen" und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits des Trubels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Herbstferien mit Meeresrauschen
Ruhig gelegene, moderne und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ostsee. Sehr schöner Blick vom großen Balkon auf die Ostsee. kostenfreies WLAN. Strandzugang nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wir waren begeistert.

Top Unterkunft und super Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist super.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Die Lage ist einmalig,
zum Strand sind es nur 50 m.
Die Garagen Einstellplätze sind für die meisten Autos der neueren Generation sehr eng -
man muss schon gut manövrieren.
Im Prinzip gebe ich der Wohnung sowie der Lage 5 Sterne -
bis auf WLAN im Hause, das ist eine Zumutung - die Leitung ist so schwach das man kaum seine Mails beziehungsweise in Google Seiten öffnen konnte.
Das schärfste aber ist der Preis den man dafür entrichten musste - 20 EURO für 13 Tage.
Heutzutage ist in den meisten Ferienwohnungen WLAN kostenfrei zumindesten aber der Empfang gesichert.
Trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und schöne 13 Tage in Heringsdorf,
Meeresrauschen App. 19 verbracht.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen eingerichteten Wohnung (01.07.-08.07.2017)
Die Wohnung ist top alles vorhanden was man braucht ,auch ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden das ist super. Das Bad ist super bequem,Der balkon ist schön groß,es stimmt einfach alles
Internet schlechter Empfang und Wlan zukaufen fanden wir nicht so toll.
Strandnah und sonst alles zu Fuß erreichbar, einfach Top alles zusammen nix zu kritisieren.
kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen, wir sagen auch noch mals Danke
