Our well-maintained, lovingly decorated in country house style non-smoking vacation apartment for 1-4 people, leaves nothing to be desired with this fantastic panoramic view all around.
Our beautiful garden with a lawn and barbecue area (summer) invites you to linger.
Bright, friendly rooms and high-quality equipment are a matter of course. The holiday apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms each with a shower/WC and 1 extra guest toilet.
The 2nd bedroom with a double bed, shower/WC, radio, and cable TV is in the basement.
For children, we are happy to provide a crib (70 cm x 140 cm) and a high chair.
The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and a 4-burner stove with an oven.
The living/bedroom has a sofa set (double sofa bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), wardrobe, cable TV, Wi-Fi, CD player, and radio. A wood stove adds coziness.
The holiday apartment comes with a large south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture.
Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer are available in the house.
Bed linen, table linen, and bath and hand towels are included.
All linens are washed at 60 degrees or 90 degrees.
Lockable storage available for skis, sleds, strollers, and bicycles.
Private parking spaces! Within 3-10 minutes walking distance, you can reach the bakery, butcher, supermarket, specialist shops, café, several restaurants, banks, and the village square with church, the tourist office, and our Vital Park with a natural swimming pool, diving platform, water cable car, and adventure playground.
Several lakes within a radius of 2.5 km to 15 km.
Currently, not all offers are available due to renovations. With the Allgäu-Walser-Card, you can ride the Ringbus Alpsee-Grünten for free, including public transport bus trips in the AGT area plus relevant destinations like the lines to Oberstdorf, Fischen, Bad Hindelang, Ofterschwang, Bolsterlang, Obestaufen, Seltmanns, Missen, Martinszell, and Wertach. Additionally, you can use the city bus lines in Sonthofen and Immenstadt at no cost.

On November 12. In 2024, you can travel for free on buses and trains with the Allgäu-Walser-Pass in the entire Oberallgäu and the neighboring Bodensee-Oberschwaben regions (bodo transport association) as well as in the Tannheimer Valley.

Our house is located directly on the meadows with an unobstructed view of the mountains, our location is sunny and quiet
Our large natural open-air swimming pool with numerous sports and play facilities, a water ropeway and diving tower in Burgberg, the "Wonnemar" leisure pool and several lakes are in the immediate vicinity.
About 100 mountain railways and ski lifts with snow-making facilities are in the immediate vicinity, 5-20 km away.
It is a 5-minute walk to the cross-country ski trails.

The prices are for 2 persons/day, from 7 days booking for the two-room flat. Each additional adult person/day 15.00 - 20.00 euros, depending on the season! For shorter stays we charge a surcharge per person/day, please ask for price. In high season, bookings from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday are possible, but we also try to accommodate special requests. The visitor's tax (tourist tax of the municipality of Burgberg) is currently 2,20 Euro per person/day, children from 6-15 years 1,10 Euro With the guest card Allgäu-Walser-Card you can travel free of charge on the Alpsee- Grünten ring bus and the public transport buses almost everywhere in the Oberallgäu. Cancellation conditions: Cancellation in the event of an operating ban due to the Corona pandemic. if the Bavarian State Ministry decides on guidelines and measures to be taken in the Corona pandemic and dictates to us that we must cancel all private tourist bookings or arrange a rebooking for a later date outside the restriction with our guests, then in this case the cancellation is free of charge for you and any deposits already made will be refunded by us as it is impossible to provide the service. Otherwise these conditions apply: 1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room or holiday flat has been ordered (booking) and confirmed. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. 3. The landlord is obliged to pay compensation to the guest in the event of non-provision of the room or holiday flat. 4. In the event of non-utilisation of the contractual services, the guest shall be obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the landlord. According to experience, the savings amount to 10 % of the accommodation price for overnight stays in holiday flats, 20 % of the accommodation price for bed and breakfast, 30 % of the accommodation price for half board and 40 % of the accommodation price for full board. 5. The landlord is obliged in good faith to let unused rooms or holiday flats to other guests if possible in order to avoid losses. 6. Until the room or holiday flat has been let to someone else, the guest shall pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 4 for the duration of the contract. 7.
