The flat is ideally suited for 2-3 people, 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) , 1 sofa bed (1.30 x 2.00 m).

Situated on the 6th floor of a large apartment block, from the underground car park you walk directly to the lift, the flat is close to the city. Restaurants and shops are not far away and yet, thanks to the convenient location of the flat and the old trees around the house, you hear very little from the street.

Location and surroundings of object

Sonthofen, in the heart of the Oberallgäu, is an ideal starting point for many activities and excursions in summer and winter. Hiking trails start almost at the doorstep, the skiing areas of Oberjoch and Ofterschwang are about 20 minutes away, and you can reach Oberstdorf or Kempten just as quickly. Located on the outskirts of Sonthofen, this holiday flat offers restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance, the town centre is approx. 800 m away, the train station is approx. 1.2 km away.

The flat is only suitable for children to a limited extent, depending on their age they should not be left alone or unsupervised on the roof terrace under any circumstances, and people who feel uncomfortable in lifts should also please bear this in mind.

our hiking vacation

Everything as it was listed. The only thing is that the bathroom has no window or ventilation, but we managed that well.

Great flat with a brilliant view ?

The flat is centrally located in Sonthofen.
Supermarkets, bakers and the city centre with many restaurants are within walking distance
From the terrace and the flat you have a great view of the surrounding mountains.
There is everything you need in the flat, you feel at home.
Very nice hostess.
The car can be parked in the underground garage of the house.

A flat to feel good in

On arrival at Sonthofen station, we were greeted by a very nice landlady who drove us to the holiday flat. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt at home. The flat is perfectly equipped and very lovingly furnished. Since we were on holiday over Christmas, it was also decorated accordingly. We didn't want for anything. We will be happy to come back.

Outlook and facilities TOP

Description and pictures of the advertisement are accurate. Everything is functional and noticeably higher quality than the rest of the aging high-rise building. The seating on the balcony and in the entire apartment is very comfortable. The underground parking gate and elevator to the 6th floor were always available. The entire technology worked flawlessly. Lovely and tasteful furnishings. The washing machine in the bathroom was practical for us. The view all around was outstanding; even from the bed. The proximity to the city of Sonthofen (about 5 minutes on foot) was very pleasant. The windows in the bedroom are soundproof, so the noise from the streets and adjacent gas station never disturbed our sleep. Despite the heat, thanks to strong sunlight, the apartment could be shaded tolerably. The electric blinds in the western area are brilliant.
Contact with the landlady was professional and at the same time very friendly.
A top accommodation with unrestricted recommendation!
