Description
Since then, we have acquired the house, almost, the entire interior, including bathroom and kitchen, renewed. In addition, we have built a dormer that now houses a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The reward for this effort was the one that we have each acquired 5 stars in recent classifications. On the other hand, that every time we ourselves live there, we feel at home.
The house is lovingly furnished and equipped. This is seen as the curtains in warm colors, the tasteful furnishing, laminate upstairs, but also in the establishment of bathrooms (shower and bathtub come as a thermostat batteries), the 2 additional TV sets in bedrooms, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the Holiday Park De Krim near De Cocksdorp.
The park next to a supermarket, restaurants, bike rental, a play area, tennis, mini golf, bowling alleys, etc. From summer 2017 again a water park.
Texel is the largest of the Dutch North Sea islands, about 25 km long and up to 9 km wide. Texel is mentioned in little, because all the areas in the Netherlands found on Texel and Holland. There Watt, sandy beach, dunes, forests, pastures, meadows, flower fields, salt marshes, old small town, museums, harbor ...... Texel has about 12,000 inhabitants, 16,000 sheep and spring additionally lambs. Numerous sports activities are possible. Just try everything!
From Den Helder the ferry every half hour towards Texel goes, even every half hour during peak season. The trip costs about 40 euros for the car incl. All inmates retour. From the ferry follow the signs Texel De Cocksdorp. At exit 33 you reach the park.

Cancellation terms:
If a booked trip needs to be canceled, the landlord must be notified immediately. The canceling party will be liable for damages unless they provide a replacement tenant. The maximum amount of cancellation fees is as follows: 15% of the net rental price if canceled up to 3 months before the start of the trip; 50% if up to 2 months; 75% if up to 1 month; 90% if up to 1 day before; and 100% of the net rental price on the day of arrival.

Nice vacation on Texel
The holiday home is well equipped and has comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. Mr. Nibbeling provided us with detailed information about the house and the island. Thank you very much for that!

Everything is okay
The holiday home corresponds to the description, it is quietly located, you can enjoy the silence. Everything you need is available, the kitchen is well equipped. We all slept very well, probably the fresh air made us tired and the beds did their part. We also noticed the living space with the furniture. All very lovingly put together, so you don't miss anything. We even read some of the books.
We were completely satisfied. If there was anything to complain about, it would be the weather. First very hot and in the end wet. But that's the weather god's responsibility.
And one more thing, Mr. Nibbeling is a landlord that you can only wish for. We have never experienced such attentiveness and helpfulness (and we have been staying in holiday homes since 1979). Hats off.
We would come back anytime.

Nice time out, unfortunately too short ?
We slept wonderfully, the first decent beds we have found in a holiday home so far. The sofa was also great. My husband is an amateur cook and whirled around in the kitchen and clearly enjoyed working in this place. The result was always excellent. Bathrooms and of course the other rooms were very clean. Nothing here is used, worn or otherwise outdated. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail. Parking in front of the house, a more than sufficiently large garden, equipment such as cutlery and china is more than abundant. Please to all who read this review, treat the house and the furnishings with care and respect. We would like to come again, we felt very comfortable there.
The house will remain in our memory because our senior dog was able to spend his last holiday there.
