Your chalet in the holiday region Zillertal-Arena, for winter holidays and summer holidays, for skiing and hiking, relaxing and enjoying: In the midst of the beautiful Zillertal mountains, our chalet is located just 3 kilometers from Zell am Ziller, with a magnificent view of the Zillertal and free access all year round.
The holiday home has two floors and is furnished with high quality furniture.
The basement offers two all-wood bedrooms for 3 people each,
Shower/WC, and a storage room with boot dryer.
The upper floor made of wood block in alpine style has a large
Kitchen-cum-living-room with a spacious dining area and access to the balcony with panoramic terrace. In addition, a bedroom entirely in wood, a living bedroom, house has about 150m ² living space!
In both floors SAT-TV can be received.
You are welcome to bring your notebook, because we have set up for you -LAN with free Internet access

The skiing areas are quickly reached: the Zillertal Arena Gerlossteinbahn, the family-friendly skiing area with the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal, is only 1 km away. The cross-country ski trail starts directly in Zell am Ziller. It is only 3 km to the largest ski area in the Zillertal, the Arena, and only 8 km to the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen and the Hochzillertal ski area. The Hintertux Glacier (year-round ski area) is only 20 km away. The ski bus stops near the house (200 m) in winter
