This beautiful maisonette is modern and furnished with maritime flair. Ideal for young families with up to 3 children or even 2 couples, it offers enough space to spend relaxing days by the sea. In the cool season, when the leaves of the trees clear the view, you can see the nearby Baltic Sea from the balcony and watch the waves

The flat consists of a spacious, bright living-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and, as a special feature, a gallery equipped with another double bed and a single bed. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious sofa area for chilling out in the living room in front of the modern TV set. The kitchenette offers all the necessary household appliances that you will appreciate as a holiday guest. The washing up is done by the dishwasher. Of course, free WLAN is available. The traditional Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn offer you plenty of variety. Kilometres of sandy beaches invite you to sunbathe, swim, do water sports and go beach walking. You can be at the beach with your children in just a few minutes - unless you can't get your children away from the children's play net located near the flat ;-). Rerik alone offers plenty of variety, from the headland to the Wustrow peninsula via the pier to the steep coast. Or do you prefer lonely little sandy beaches on the Salzhaff?

If that's not enough, you can quickly reach the picturesque beaches of Käksdorf and Meschendorf by bike. The beautiful area also invites you to take interesting cycling tours, e.g. along the Baltic Sea Cycle Path along the coast. You can end the day with a sundowner on the balcony and enjoy the sunset over the Baltic Sea

The well-known Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn is only a few minutes away by car, but can also be reached quickly by bike. The cities of Rostock and Wismar with many interesting sights and shopping opportunities can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
