In a semi-detached house, a living space of approx. 90 sqm is available to you over two levels. This means plenty of space for you and your family. So even days with bad weather, which are said to happen from time to time at the Baltic Sea, can be endured well. On the ground floor there is a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and everything else you need in a household. There is also a toilet in the basement as well as a utility room with washing machine, sink and a wall shelf to store your beach utensils and groceries. Another storage room is located below the stairs to the upper floor. The upper floor has three bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The Baltic seaside resort of Rerik lies in a charming landscape between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff (salt lagoon), away from the large streams of tourists. Your holiday home is located there above the steep coast. The beach, which you can reach from the cliffs via a staircase, is only about 400 m away. There are play opportunities for your children on your own 400 m² property and on a playground in the immediate vicinity. You can get your daily necessities in a small shopping centre, which you can easily reach on foot from your holiday home. There you will find an Edeka market, a bakery, a pharmacy and various banks. Two general practitioners and a dentist have their practices in the village. If you don't want to cook yourself, you can choose between the numerous restaurants and snack bars that Rerik offers. Everything is within walking distance.

Traumurlaub im Spatzennest
Im Zeitraum vom 27.07.-11.08.2019 machten wir Urlaub im Ferienhaus
Spatzennest in Rerik der Fam Bergmann.
Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlichst von Fam. Bergmann in Empfang genommen
und wurden durch alle Räume geführt. Was es für uns so bisher nicht gab, war eine sehr
positive Überraschung.
Sichtlich überwältig waren wir von der Super Ausstattung des Ferienhauses und der top
eingerichteten Küche. Für uns sehr wichtig, da wir uns über fast alle Tage selbst versorgt haben.
Gäste WC, sowie das Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und WC waren picobello Sauber!
Das Kinderzimmer mit einem Hochbett, Jugendbett und Gitterbett eingerichtet, wies keinerlei Mängel auf, selbst an Spielsachen fehlte es den Kindern nicht.
Das Elternzimmer Komfortabel mit einen großen
Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wohn- und Essbereich großzügig mit allen notwendigen Dingen versehen und die Möbel sind sehr pfleglich behandelt.
Zusammengefasst: Können wir das Ferienhaus „Spatzennest“ sehr Empfehlen!
Es hat uns an nix gefehlt, im Gegenteil wurde hier durch die Vermieter an alles gedacht und
das bis ins kleinste Detail!
Zum Ort Rerik selber: man muss es selbst erlebt haben. Die Magie des Ortes und der Ostsee
hat uns in seinen Bann genommen.
Vielen Dank nochmal hier an die Fam. Bergmann die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat!
