We have bought the charming Casa Amadeo 2014 and renovate loving. The decisive factor was the top location directly on an almost private bay on the Costa de Canyamel (50 m). There are only private villas, no hotels. The large living room with a surprised about 4 m high impressive tower on the comfortable couch. Handmade Italian terracotta tiles give the house a warm touch. A m long dining table seats 8 people, illuminated by a magnificent chandelier. A large, equipped with everything you need new kitchen adjoins the living room. Two doors lead to the outside on a covered terrace to the cozy seating area with 6 chairs. In another part of the house you will find two small bedrooms (beds x 2m) with a bathroom and a large bedroom (bed x 2 m) with en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are newly designed from the ground up and luxuriously decorated. lead from the large bedrooms and the large bathroom doors directly into the garden area. There is located a 22 square meter pool with outside shower on the orange tree. Relax overlooking the ingrown Mediterranean garden with olive tree, lemon tree, orange tree, a giant cactus, palms, agaves, bougainvillea, lantana and much more! From the very large roof terrace you have a stunning panoramic view of the well-kept neighborhood, the bay and the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
Canyamel is a romantic seaside resort in the northeast of the island Mallorca. On a fine sandy beach, the town center is with shops, restaurants, etc. The house is located in the southern district (2 minutes away), which is characterized by villa development on a hillside on the coast. Here are two small bays of a private nature, which are used almost exclusively by the residents for bathing. This is also of superior quality, a well-known restaurant, which has a terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the Canyamel Bay. Golfers will find in the immediate area (between 5 and 15 minutes) 4 golf courses (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula, Son Servera) ago. Far away from mass tourism load the Mallorcan town of Artá and Capdepera (about 6 per km) to visit the typical restaurants and local markets one, both of which have a charming historic Old Town.
Golf: The house is ideal for golfers. Here special information: 1. Golf Club Capdepera: attractive and especially for beginners is not easy to play. 18-hole, 6045 m 2 Canyamel Golf: sophisticated, varied, 18-hole, 6,090 m 3 Pula Golf: friendly, with some difficulty, 18-hole, 6080 m. 4. Golf Son Servera: attractive, lots of space, lovely views, very old area with mature trees, 18-hole, 6000 m.

You can book on your arrival or departure the whole day for a fee of 90 euros the house if you arrive very early or want to leave very late Since I pretend no fixed arrival and departure dates, I beg possible to connect each book the next day because of the time for the cleaning of the house, thank you. Wonderful quiet location/Mallorca relaxed
This house has a lot to offer. The location near the beach, a beautiful garden with a pool, etc. The kitchen is 'top' equipped. Finally, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. that really meet all demands. Everything was perfect, from the first contact to the return of the key - perfect!! I can give a recommendation here.

Total relaxing
We had a totally relaxing vacation, the location is really away from the tourist resorts, even though we drove there to see what the famous TV emigrants are up to in Cala Millor. However, we wouldn't like to stay there, Canyamel is really worth the extra cost.. It is quiet and you can lie undisturbed by the pool or barbecue in the evening, drink a glass of wine on the roof and look at the sea, what more could you want. Driving into the interior of the island by car is also interesting, some tips are given for that, especially the cave systems have captured the children's interest.

Dreamlike, like something out of a picture book
I booked the accommodation for 3 girlfriends and me. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show - picturesque, well maintained and furnished with love.
We felt very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and we hardly wanted to leave the pool.
From the roof you have a fantastic view of the mountain and even the sea - two great bays can be found just down the road.
Mrs Giere was always available for questions and communication was very pleasant.
We will definitely book again!
