Reethaus Luv - a dream under thatch, spacious, high quality, large property!
For 2 persons up to a maximum of 6 adults + child. It is located in a very quiet street, at the end of a dead-end street, in the west of the Baltic Sea spa Zingst, approx. 600 metres from our holiday residence "Ambiente Waitschull" and approx. 800 metres each from the Baltic Sea beach, centre or Bodden.

large living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen (convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery, ...), fireplace, shower/WC (very spacious shower 100x100 cm), flat-screen satellite TV, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, terrace with seating furniture, loungers, parasol and barbecue fireplace.

Bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with bunk bed and single bed (space for 2 adults + child) with SAT-TV, spacious bathroom with shower/WC (shower 100x100 cm), washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating in the bathroom.

In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the promenade of Zingst, which stretches from the pier to the Bodden harbour. On the promenade there are numerous boutiques, souvenir shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, retail and service shops, which invite you to stroll and linger. Zingst has 4 supermarkets, which of course are open 7 days a week in season, guaranteeing stress-free shopping after your arrival. There are many spa and wellness facilities in Zingst. A good place to start is the Zingst spa centre. The bathing facilities at Düne 6 and Resort Vier , Wandern are also highly recommended:
Cycle along the splendid newly developed cycling network from Zingst via Prerow, Wieck, Born, Ahrenshoop, Wustrow to Ribnitz-Damgarten and back again by boat or bus. Walk along the kilometre-long fine-sand beach along the coast to the core zones of the landscape conservation area or browse the wonderful unspoilt deciduous forests on site

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Otherwise, the following applies: The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement before arrival without giving any reasons, by means of a written declaration. In the event of withdrawal less than 45 days before arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay compensation. The amount of compensation is equal to the full rental price. The amount of compensation is reduced to the extent that the holiday property can be re-rented. If the holiday property can be fully re-rented, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged.

We, the Litzinger family, enthusiastic about the Baltic Sea and especially the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, have been running the holiday residence 'Ambiente Waitschull' with the active support of our staff since our move from the Southern Palatinate to Zingst in 2006. Since 2007, we have not only rented out our own houses and flats, but also domiciles on behalf of owners. We are at our guests' disposal every day with help and advice.
