Description
The approx. 55 sqm non-smoking holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor (only 5 steps). With its three rooms, the holiday flat with balcony offers enough space for families, as well as for holidaymakers with a dog. The comfortably furnished 3-room holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people and a small child (up to 2 years). The kitchen is optimally equipped with everything you need. From the cooker with oven to the microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher, you will find everything your heart desires. The exclusive equipment in the holiday flat includes a satellite TV and WLAN in the living room.
We also offer a trolley free of charge for our younger guests

There is a reserved beach chair on the beach for the period from 01 May to 15 September. You will receive the key together with the flat key upon arrival.

The holiday flat also includes the use of a sauna and a solarium (with coin deposit) in the basement. During the pandemic, use is prohibited or restricted.
During the season (01 May to 15.09.) we offer the use of a beach chair on the beach free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The coastal seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld with its diverse recreational facilities is located directly on the coast of Lower Saxony. Here you will find the beach hall, the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, the bathing beach with the Watt 'N' Bad, the dog beach, as well as the picturesque cutter harbour and a children's playhouse. It is only about 20 km to Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven. From our holiday home it is only a stone's throw to the beach. The dyke bakery and the restaurants are only a few steps away (approx. 300 m). Larger purchases can be done by car in the nearby village of Dorum. The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot or by bike. Winter holidays here are also delightful and above all good for your bronchial tubes! Experience and feel it yourself.

Always beautiful
We have been in this holiday apartment in a top location near the harbor and restaurants several times now in the autumn and were very satisfied again this time. Nothing is missing, everything is clean and you simply feel comfortable here.
The fact that we won't come next autumn was only because the apartment was unfortunately already booked for the desired period.

quiet North Sea vacation
We have once again anchored at the Cordes vacation rental. The equipment and location of the apartment are particularly important to us, my daughter and me. The five steps to the apartment and the almost ground-level shower are especially important to us. We like to come back here every year.

Gut wie immer
Wohnung wird von uns seit Jahren gebucht. Es war immer alles okay. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Hafen- und Strandnähe. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Es gibt nichts zu mäkeln.

Schöne Wohnung
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung liegt Zentral im Ort und man erreicht alles Fussläufig in wenigen Minuten

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung ist top eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Im Gemeinschaftskeller befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine&Trockner. Der Balkon lädt zum früh zum Frühstück ein wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Ein Sonnenschirm ist auch vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten und es ist einfach traumhaft. Neben Fischbuden gibt es auch Eis und Pizzaimbisse und Getränkebuden am Kutterhafen sodass man auch den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann, am besten am Leuchtturm. Alles in allem einfach nur empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder.
