Description
Modern equipped holiday flat with own WLAN (exclusively for the guests of the Nordseeresidenz !) for 2 - 4 persons in Dorum-Neufeld. Quietly and idyllically located in a side street, this approx. 50 sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a flat screen TV and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, as well as a flat screen TV and wardrobe. The living area invites you to relax together on the couch. The media area, equipped with TV, DVD player and radio, provides entertainment. From here you can also access the furnished balcony.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers enough space to cook together. Afterwards, you can feast in the dining area. By the way: the dishwasher takes care of the tedious washing up and the Nespresso machine provides a quick coffee.
A relaxed morning routine is made possible by the shower bathroom (renovated in 2022) with washbasin, toilet and plenty of storage space for your cosmetics.
The highlight of our accommodation is the wellness area with sauna and solarium in the basement, which you can use for a small fee.
Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bicycle room of the house. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our idyllic holiday flat is located in a quiet side street. The residential complex is located directly behind the dyke, making our accommodation an ideal starting point for activities. Especially families with children appreciate the traffic-calmed area. Our holiday resort Dorum-Neufeld is located at the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and World Heritage Site, as well as directly on the North Sea coast. As the sieve harbour of the village of Dorum, you are offered numerous sights and excursion tips. For example, visit the Kuttehafen, the "Watt'n Bad", the Obereversand beacon or the Dorum nature trail. The Dorum green beach invites you to relax on summer days.

It does not get any better than this
In March I spent a week in the Bauerdick family's holiday flat in Dorum-Neufeld.
The flat is perfect! It is modern, cosy and furnished to a high standard. A small starter kit for the kitchen, some spices and a large tea selection also available.
The flat is well maintained and the balcony is relatively large for a holiday flat. There are four chairs and a small table available.
In addition to the general information, there is also some excursion tips and restaurant information in a house folder.
Parking is free of charge on a numbered space in front of the house.
The dike with the small cutter harbour is only about 250 m away. There are some small stalls offering food and drink.
Endless walks in Dorum Neufeld are possible. Bremerhaven is not far away to explore the sights there.
If any questions arise, the contact with the landlord is very good.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much, it doesn't always have to be the high season.

Absolutely recommendable.
Dear Bauerdick family, your very beautiful and very clean apartment is absolutely recommendable. Everything is perfect, modern furnished, lovingly decorated. Nothing is really missing! Or is it? We forgot to pack a ballpoint pen and thought maybe there is one to be found somewhere??? But that's complaining at the highest level!
