It has 2 rooms and sleeps a total of three people. The flat is approx. 43 sqm, is located in the attic (without disturbing slopes) of a very well-kept green residential complex with large lawns and has a south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the countryside and the sea, where you can enjoy the midday, afternoon and evening sun.
In addition to the upscale interior, a permanent parking space is available for your car. In the basement of the house you can relax with sauna and solarium for a fee (coin-operated).

Spacious living room with a spring core corner cushion set which can be extended to a sofa bed (lying surface approx. 1.40 m x 2.15 m), leather armchair, coffee table and modern living room cupboard, LCD satellite colour TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, books, games.
Free internet access via WLAN.
The dining area consists of an oval dining table and 4 leather swing chairs.
In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchenette in the living room with a 4-plate electric cooker and oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, coffee maker, water and egg boiler, toaster as well as pots and sufficient dishes.
Furthermore, there is a hallway, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe and a TV as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the balcony there are 4 balcony chairs, a table and a parasol at your disposal.
The entire flat is tiled.

The close-to-nature location invites you to go for walks and cycling tours along the dyke or for beautiful mudflat walks.
In the village itself there are several restaurants, bicycle rental, mini-golf, playgrounds, children's playhouse next to the spa administration, National Park House and much more.
