The approx. 70 sqm large, detached -non-smoking- holiday home (type bungalow) with fenced plot is also ideal for holidaymakers with dog. The comfortably furnished holiday home offers space for up to 4 people and a small child (up to 3 years). The kitchen is optimally equipped. From the cooker with oven to the microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher, you will find everything your heart desires. The holiday home is equipped with satellite TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is also the possibility to use WLAN.

Location and surroundings of object
The coastal seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld with its diverse recreational facilities is located directly on the coast of Lower Saxony. Here you will find the beach hall, the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, the bathing beach with the new Watt 'N' Bad, the dog beach, the picturesque cutter harbour and a children's playhouse. It is only about 20 km to Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven. From our holiday home it is only a stone's throw to the beach. The dyke bakery and the restaurants are only a few steps away (approx. 300 m). Larger purchases can be done by car in the nearby village of Dorum. The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot or by bike. Winter holidays here are also delightful and above all good for your bronchial tubes! Experience and feel it yourself.

A great holiday home where nothing was missing
The house is located very quietly in the holiday resort Dorum-Neufeld. Not far from Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. All rooms are well equipped. Nothing is missing. The fenced garden gives the opportunity to let a dog stay undisturbed. Suitable for 2 people with a dog, or also for families with children and a dog. Short distance to the harbor, the beach, restaurants and small shops. We really enjoyed our week in the holiday house. We would love to come back and will also recommend the holiday house.

Great vacation.
A very nice vacation home with all amenities. Very good equipment and a very nice property. A great place for a nice dog vacation. The location also leaves nothing to be desired. Pure relaxation is guaranteed directly on the North Sea. We are very happy to come back here and will gladly recommend the vacation home.

Very nice holiday home with lots of character and flair
This house is just as suitable for couples as for families with small or large children. Even with or without a dog(s), you are in very good hands.
It is a completely fenced property, a covered parking space rounds it all off. The house has everything your heart desires.
The large sofa is of very high quality and all beds are very comfortable.
Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail.
We have already booked for next year.

Relaxing autumn holiday
The holiday home is very nicely furnished, the great big couch was very comfortable. We slept wonderfully in the beds. We will definitely book a holiday in this cottage again.
You can do a lot from here and go on nice bike tours or just enjoy the sea and the good air.

Sehr Empfehlenswert
Wir wahren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einen mittelgroßen Hund dort. Den guten Eindruck den wir von außen hatten, setzte sich wie erwartet innen fort. Freundlich, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Wir würden dieses Haus gern wieder Mieten.

Eine sehr erholsame Sturmwoche
Mein Mann, unser doch schon betagter Cairn Terrier und ich haben alle Annehmlichkeiten in diesem geschmackvollen Haus, unweit vom Deich, ausgekostet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage in ruhiger Umgebung
Ausstattung:
Der Bungalow ist super ausgestattet. Die Küche besitzt alles, um morgens in Ruhe frühstücken zu können, mittags etwas für seine Familie zu kochen oder mal Fischstäbchen in den Backofen zu schieben oder das Essen vom Vortag in der Mikrowelle erwärmen zu können und abends stehen einem Stunden zu zweit mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse nichts im Weg. Auch die anderen Räume haben eine Menge zu bieten. Jedes Zimmer besitzt einen Fernseher, sodass man sich auch nicht in die Quere kommt und zwei Toiletten ermöglichen außerdem einen stressfreien Start in den Tag:) Mir persönlich gefiel das Mobiliar sehr, da es maritim gehalten wurde und genug Platz für unser Gepäck zur Verfügung stand. Platz ist definitiv genug für 4 Personen in diesem Ferienhaus.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Fragen und Anmerkungen sind dort immer willkommen. Unserer Frage nach einer Decke sind sie nachgekommen.
Lage:
Das Ferienhaus Strandkorb liegt in perfekter Lage. Nah an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und am Deich, aber doch ruhig, sodass man den Urlaub genießen und sich erholen kann. Der Deichbäcker, welcher ungefähr 300m entfernt ist, empfehle ich sehr, vor allem die Kartoffelbrötchen. Im Umkreis befinden sich viele Restaurants, bei denen man auch frischen Fisch essen kann.
Dorum-Neufeld befindet sich zwischen Cuxhaven und Bremerhaven, somit hat man eine Menge Möglichkeiten verschiedene Aktivitäten auszuüben und kurze Wege. Cuxhaven lässt sich super mit dem Fahrrad am Deich entlang erreichen.

Relaxurlaub mit Hund
Das Haus mit dieser Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen!
Die Lage des Hauses ist super.
Zum Deich, der Touristeninfo, dem kleinen Hafen und der Gastronomie sind es nur kurze Wege.
Die große Terrasse mit dem eingezäunten Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.
In der Küche kann man sich gut selbst versorgen, da sie voll ausgestattet ist mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.
Die Betten in den Schlafzimmer sind super! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes TV.
Das Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche ist schön hell und geräumig.
Der Kurzurlaub mit Kind und Hund war super schön.
Uns hat dieser Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
