Our holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2015, can be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms in the holiday home (2 double beds and 1x2 single beds, child's travel bed available), all bedrooms have blackout facilities and insect screens.
The distance to the green beach and the "Watt'n Bad" is approx. 500 m
The comfort house also has a 2nd TV and a guest WC on the upper floor.
We provide games for our little guests. A children's travel cot, children's high chairs, child safety locks on the stairs (to be added as required) and child-proof sockets are available.
In addition, there are several playgrounds on site, a children's playhouse and a year-round animation programme.
On the covered terrace there are 2 sun loungers and garden furniture for 6 people as well as a brick barbecue.
The house is heated with infrared heating.
The house's own parking space is directly at the house.
Dogs are very welcome in our house. For our four-legged friends, the dog playground is about 50m away from the house. There is a dog bed and 4 bowls in the house.
For 3 dogs or more, the fee is increased by 70,00 €.
This is a non-smoking house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located directly in the centre of the village and is nevertheless very quiet.
Our house is located in the coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld. This is located on the southern North Sea between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven on the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.
In Dorum-Neufeld you will find a shopping market, a bakery, a beach boutique and various restaurants.
At the Kutterhafen you will find the green beach, the dog beach, the National Park House, the lighthouse and the combined swimming pool "Watt'n Bad" .
There is a bicycle rental shop just around the corner.

Not recommended
Do yourself a favor and don't book here. The pictures in this listing are from 2015. Apparently, in 9 years, a house can be seriously run down.
The house is dirty. Not just a little bit, but very dirty, and it wasn't just that it hadn't been cleaned once, but dirt from months. You could blame the cleaning staff for that if it had been only that.
The bathroom is hygienically borderline. Broken sink, broken mirror, broken toilet flush tank, the shower black with mold, the showerheads clogged, dirty. I can only guess the battles the doors have gone through.
In the bedroom, there's a different bed. The fly screens are so-so. There's also plenty of dust here.
In the TV corner, there are different pieces of furniture arranged differently (shouldn't matter). The sofa is partially heavily worn.
The wardrobe is a storage room for vacuums, etc., plus dirt. The terrace has a wooden floor that is not recommended to walk on barefoot. The grill is broken. We did not find a parasol. The entire outdoor area is quite unkempt, and the exterior facade has not been restored in a long time. The stepping stones in front of the door and in the garden are loose. There is a "hole" in front of the garden gate, dangerous for small dog legs. The cleanliness issues were addressed quite quickly, but not all other deficiencies were addressed. I have tried to contact the landlords several times. There was no response to that. The advantage of the house is its location and the well-enclosed garden. The kitchen is as shown and has everything you need. The patio furniture is different but very comfortable. A good dog bed is available. The roof is okay but also very damaged. It could have been so nice but in my opinion, this house is a money-making machine that is not being invested in.

auf Ihre erste Email habe ich mich direkt mit der Hausverwaltung in Verbindung gesetzt, die auch am kommenden Tag sofort nachgereinigt haben. Auch bei anderen Mängeln ist die Hausverwaltung immer ansprechbar und bemüht diese zu beheben.
Nicht verstehen kann ich warum es ein Mangel ist, wenn alte Möbel gegen neue ausgetauscht werden oder die Anordnung der Möbel geändert wird.
Ein neues Sofa wurde sofort nach Zusendung Ihrer Bilder bestellt, jedoch können wir nicht zaubern und müssen uns mit den angegebenen Lieferfristen zufrieden geben.
In dem Bad gibt es keinen Schimmel!!! Lediglich sind die Fugen dunkel.
Tatsache ist, das an der Fassade Farbe abblättert, aber auch da kann erst nach Ende der Saison Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Diese tut aber dem Wohnkomfort im Haus keinen Abbruch.
Nachdem wir von Ihnen 4 Nachrichten an unterschiedlichen Tagen erhalten haben kam es so wie von vornherein gedacht… Erstattung der Mietkosten. Dem sind wir nicht nachgekommen und nun eine schlechte Bewertung.

Beautiful vacation days
It was already the 3rd stay in their holiday home. We felt very comfortable once again. Our French guests loved the big basket and our granddaughter loved the fireplace. The short distances to the water and restaurants are great. The only downside was the bad wifi.

Never again!
We had to clean the house completely! The toilet was full of waste, grill full of food remnants and cigarette butts... just to name two examples! Everything was dirty! AND THIS DURING TIMES OF CORONA! The equipment is also very disappointing... not comparable to the pictures here! Mattresses worn out, pillows unusable... can be skipped. The dishwasher doesn't run properly, dishes come out dirty... even after cleaning (which was of course full of food remains) no improvement!
We could write on endlessly!

leider konnte ich eine Buchung für "Steffi aus Bremen" nicht finden. Haben Sie vielleicht das falsche Haus bewertet?
Trotzdem schade das Sie so unzufrieden sind!
Allerdings wäre es ein leichtes gewesen die Hausverwaltung sofort zu informieren, die dann die Reinigungsarbeiten sofort erledigt hätte und auch bei allen anderen Unwegbarkeiten immer ansprechbar ist.
Tatsächlich ist inzwischen die Couchgarnitur ausgetauscht worden, alles andere ist immer noch genauso wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Matratzen sind im Herbst getauscht worden und Ersatzkopfkissen befinden sich in jedem Kleiderschrank.
Die Bedienung der Spülmaschine ist relativ einfach und das Geschirr kam nach einem Probedurchlauf auch sauber raus. Vielleicht haben Sie den Reinigungstab vergessen?

Tolles Ferienhaus
Facilities and location are very good. Also very well suited for vacations with children and dogs. We only spent a weekend there, but everyone was delighted.
