If, as a result of the Corona pandemic, there is an official requirement that makes letting impossible, the landlord and tenant are released from the contract.
The landlord will refund the deposit or rent to the tenant.
There are no cancellation fees.
This only applies in the case of official requirements, otherwise our general rental conditions apply as listed in the contract.
Would you like to spend a nice time with family or friends? Then you have come to the right place. The quiet village location of our house with courtyard and garden offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy on 150m² of living space. Our house in the gold village Floisdorf is listed in the guidebook "KleineRefugien."
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room as well as a large living room of approx. 40m² allow you to retreat if you feel like it. There should be no lack of books or films.
Right in our village there is a cafe and a bakery where you can get the most necessary things, namely breakfast, without much effort.

Cancellation terms:
The lease for the holiday home described below is bindingly concluded when the lease enclosed in the attachment has been signed by the tenant and received by the landlord within 14 days. The tenant can withdraw from the lease by written declaration before the start of the rental period. Withdrawal up to the 31st day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 30 EURO) Withdrawal up to the 15th day before the start of the rental period: 50%, thereafter and in case of no-show 80% Corona Should there be an official order due to the Corona pandemic that makes renting impossible, both the landlord and the tenant are released from the contract. The landlord will refund the tenant the deposit or the rent paid. No cancellation fees apply. This applies only in the case of official orders, otherwise our general rental conditions as stated in the contract apply.

Beautiful quaint old building to relax and unwind in
The photos already appealed to us very much, but in person the "holiday home with ambience" is of course even more beautiful!
It is sufficiently equipped with everything. There are many leisure activities for young and old in the immediate vicinity.
We will be happy to come back!
