After the first visit, we already thought that every future vacation rental would have to measure up to this one! We did it again. It was again a wonderful stay. What more can one say about the vacation rental, the amenities, the location, or the landlord? We felt, in the truest sense of the word, "very comfortable" again. We will come back!!! Couple with a small dog from the Osnabrück area.

Eight of us spent a wonderful hen weekend at Villa Monschauer Glück

The villa is situated high above Monschau on a hillside with a fantastic view of the countryside, but at the same time it's quite an exhausting walk to Monschau (at least on the way back)

The villa is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable weekend. The pool, the gaming area and the huge terrace were our highlights
For us, the accommodation was so ideal because we wanted to be prepared no matter what the weather would be. It's perfect for rain or hot summer days and never gets boring

The cottage rental family was incredibly friendly, warm and flexible in all points of contact. We all appreciated that very much. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a token of appreciation and a personal welcome sign - making you feel immediately welcome and in good hands

We would recommend the accommodation at any time and are already talking about returning the day after we left

Treat your palate to the finest roasts in the original ambiance. The roastery is open from Friday to Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. (As of October 2023) A very special building in the beautiful Monschau Old Town is the so-called Haus Troistorff, which today is used for many exhibitions, seminars, and fairs. Picturesque and historic, the imposing Monschau Castle from the 12th century towers over the idyllic place and is worth the climb. It can be viewed from the outside all day. Inside, it currently houses a youth hostel. (As of October 2023)
