The nearby outbuilding can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room-kitchen with sofa, TV and dining table, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a pergola equipped with table and chairs.
The villa is the ideal destination for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Marche region landscape. Next to the roofed terrace, we find the swimming pool with convenient exposure to the sun but not to the wind. The swimming pool has a round shape, gets gradually deeper and is therefore very suitable for children.
The villa is accessible via a local road with olive trees and oak trees.

This very beautiful manor is hidden in the hilly woodland scenery near the village of San Vito sul Cesano, at only 25 km from the Adriatic coast. San Vito sul Cesano is situated in the northern part of the region Marche, not far away from the university town of Urbino. Besides the lively town centre, Urbino has a lot to offer: the ducal palace, the house where the famous painter Raphael was born and the cathedral are only a few of the interesting places to visit. One hour by car to the north, you find the small Republic of San Marino. The regions of Tuscany and Umbria are worth a daytrip too. In the immediate surroundings of the villa are various restaurants and pizzerias.
