CASA OLEANDRO is a lovingly restored former farmhouse situated in the hinterland of the Adriatic coast with a dreamlike view of the Marchegian hilly landscape. Nestled in a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture, pool and barbecue area on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Fratte Rosa, our guests enjoy absolute privacy.
In the front part of CASA OLEANDRO, a tastefully furnished holiday flat is rented out, which extends over two levels and is suitable for up to three people (55 sqm). The rear part of the house is used by the owner, but only temporarily occupied. In addition to the holiday flat, another double room with bathroom (25 sqm) and separate entrance can be rented (please enquire separately).
On the ground floor of the holiday flat there is a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining places and a (bedroom) sofa as well as a hi-fi system. The spacious bedroom on the 1st floor has air conditioning, ceiling fan and satellite TV. Also on the 1st floor is the bathroom with glazed corner shower, washstand, WC and mirror. All rooms are equipped with fly screens.
Guests can look forward to a 2600 sqm garden with both shady and sunny spots, a pool ( with panaroma view (D 400 cm, D 100 cm), garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Pets (on request) are welcome; bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee.

CASA OLEANDRO is nestled in the rolling and multi-coloured hills of the charming province of Pesaro-Urbino in the north of the Marche region. Between the Adriatic coast and the Apennine mountains, the holiday home is located on the edge of one of the many medieval villages - Fratte Rosa, known for its terracotta work and the production of excellent olive oil and wine.
The village has a restaurant, café, butcher's shop, small grocery shop and a doctor and pharmacy. Larger supermarkets and weekly markets are only a few minutes' drive away. From early summer to autumn, weekly village festivals are held in the area around local food specialities.
Both the sea and the mountains can be reached in about 25 min. Four of the so-called "100 most beautiful villages in Italy" are in the immediate vicinity, as are four nature reserves with an extensive network of hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The city of Urbino (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is also within easy reach, as are many producers of local delicaciesOur house management will be happy to inform you about current festivals, worthwhile excursions, hiking routes & language schools.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
If you have to cancel later, we reserve the right to keep the deposit. However, if we find another guest for this period, we will only charge a 50€ processing fee.
