This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building near Poreč, consisting of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and yard. Villa Parentium has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining room and a toilet. There is also a baby cot, high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free wireless internet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa, there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with deckchairs, umbrellas and a covered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and a barbecue. The villa also has parking in front of the house (3 parking spaces). Pets are allowed (max 1). This beautiful stone house is located in the small town of Dračevac, 7.5 km from Poreč and 6.5 km from the first beach in Zelena Laguna. The small town of Dračevac is full of greenery and is an ideal place for rest and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are typical Istrian houses in it. Dračevac is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, as well as numerous forest roads. The zone is recommended for families with children because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and places to rest. The pool is closed from 01.11. until 01.04.
