This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building located near Porec, and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Zita consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Two rooms have a third bed for two extra people. There is also a cot and high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and grill. The villa also has parking in front of the house (1 parking space). Pets are allowed. (max 1).

Porec is the capital of Croatian tourism by the number of nights. Porec offers apartments, hotels, campsites and private accommodation. It is located on the western coast of Istria. You can also complete your vacation with a trip to the hinterland of Porec, where it is interesting to visit the protected nature monument of the Baredina cave.
