Within walking distance of the dunes and beach (10 min.) This cozy, detached cottage. The house is on the edge of the small private park Scalde Oort. The park is located on walking distance from the beach and dunes of Westenschouwen. Forestry Westenschouwen, the largest forest of Zeeland, can also be reached within 10 minutes. In this magnificent forest and dunes, you can go hiking and cycling.

Through the hallway you enter the cozy, bright living room with a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a cozy sitting area where you can unwind in front of the fireplace the day. From the living room you enter through the swinging doors to the sunny terrace with a garden group of six people and a barbecue. After a day at the beach you can relax while the children play on the trampoline in the spacious garden (425 m2) on one of the loungers or in the hammock.

In the modern, open kitchen has, among other things, a 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a combi microwave. On the mezzanine there is an additional freezer.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessible via the living room. This bedroom has a double bed (box spring) and enough closets. Both the hall and from the bedroom you enter the bathroom. This is provided with a shower, a sink cabinet, a toilet and a washing machine. In the hallway there is a second toilet.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and one with two single beds.

The house is centrally heated. There is also digital TV and free Wi-Fi. You can park on the premises under the carport. In the garden is a garden house, where you can store bicycles. You will also find sufficient beach toys.

"Scalde Oort 50" is the ideal location for a perfect family vacation on the coast of Zeeland. Beach, sea, dunes and the many cozy restaurants of Westenschouwen are all just a stone's throw away!
