Within walking distance of the dunes and the beach (10 minutes) lies this very cosy, detached holiday home. The house is situated on the edge of the small private park Scalde Oort. The park is only a few steps away from the beach and dunes of Westenschouwen. Westenschouwen Forestery, the largest forest in Zeeland, is also within 10 minutes. In this magnificent forest and dune landscape you can take a wonderful walk and cycle.
In the tastefully furnished, bright living room there is also a cosy sitting area where you can end the day in front of the fireplace. There is Digital TV with many German channels. In the adjacent winter garden there is a dining area for 6 persons. Through the sliding door you enter the spacious, sunny garden from the winter garden. On the terrace you can end the day with a cozy barbecue party in style.
In the generously furnished open kitchen there is a 4 burner gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven and a microwave.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and can be reached from the living room. This bedroom has two box spring beds (80 x 200) and enough cupboards. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The stairs lead to the hallway with washing machine and dryer. The other two bedrooms are also on the upper floor. Both have a double bed (160x200) and enough cupboards. One bedroom also has a washbasin. On this floor you will find an additional bathroom with corner bath with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The cottage is centrally heated. There is free WLAN. You can park on your own premises. There is also a separate part to park your bikes.
"Scalde Oort 51" is the ideal starting point for a perfect family holiday on the coast of Zeeland. Beach, sea, dunes and the many cosy restaurants of Westenschouwen are all just a stone's throw away!
